Awesome with cream and stevia.... cooled.. then in the blender with ice.... yum!! Also, this tea is great for an upset stomach.

It's great Rooibos tea without any quality problems. Rooibos tea, when steeped for 15 to 20 minutes in a tea jug, will soothe headaches away, even minor body aches. It also clarifies the mind, and refreshes the whole body without a caffeine kick--and the addition. I've been drinking Rooibos tea for about 20 years.

This Rooibos tea provides some sweetness and a bit of sour taste, which works very well as an after dinner tea with milk. While it is a basic non gourmet beverage, it provides a pleasant taste and a cheerful dark reddish color which turns to dark orange with added milk.

These rooibos tea bags are exactly like the ones in South Africa. They bring back happy memories and I get all the good properties as well. A double whammy. The taste is clean and fresh, the aroma soft, a good calming effect and zero caffeine. I’ve been back on these for over a week now, and the stress headaches have gone, I have more energy again . A must try for anyone . The price is good too .

Used to drink a local brand's Rooibos but glad to have found this option - it is 1/3 the price while tasting near identical, warm gentle body and never leaving any bitter aftertaste. Very cost effective to drink daily!
