A nice portable, lightweight stand suitable for tablets and lightweight portable monitors. Seems to be quite solid and I have never tipped it accidentally or whatever. Easy to assemble and not too intrusive on the desk. Can also rotate so you can orient your tablet or portable monitor as you wish. Probably best suited to smaller tablets for portrait orientation, but will fit bigger tablets - one thing to consider might be positioning of buttons and things like Apple Pencil if you use these types of accessories on larger tablets. Larger tablets will only fit in landscape orientation, so would potentially block the ability to store the pencil and maybe obscure some function buttons on the device.

I've been looking for a decent way to watch movies and read comics/kindle in bed for many years, I tried one of the gooseneck ones a few years ago but it broke pretty soon. The ones which clip onto a shelf or headboard aren't strong enough to hold my PC tablet (Lenovo Miix 720) and shake around too much when using my kindle, other options, like a floor standing tablet holder are too bulky.I was using this one sitting on the bed, on a wooden place mat for extra stability, which was ok but not ideal, when I had the brainwave of jaming the base between matress and bed, and this works superbly, as you can see in the image. The fact that it isn't fixed or bolted means I can take it into the kitchen easily for reading recipes, or move it next to my gaming/work PC for reading tutorials etc.The build quality is solid and satisfying and the adjustable height and rotating holder means you can get the screen in exactly the right position for viewing, landscape for movies, portrait for comics or browsing web pages.

I bought this stand to use with my Aztine 15.6" portable monitor. The clasp maximum width is slightly less than stated in the specs, but I did manage to force the screen into it.It's well balanced - can even stand on my bed, the angling of screen is super handy and I like that I can easily turn the monitor vertical if I need to. It is the only stand I found that extends to this height - all the others are super low so wouldn't work as a second monitor.Overall I am very happy with my purchase, but one downfall is that the vibrations from me typing make the telescope stand go down... There is nothing to hold it in place other than friction, and I guess the weight of my monitor is greater than what this stand is designed for? (Mine is about 650g, I think the monitor was designed with only iPads in mind?) If it had a tightening screw, like all tripods or other extendable telescoping things do it would be a truly superb product.For this reason I am giving 3 stars - 4 days into using it and it doesn't stay extended. I will have to find a way to fix it, maybe with gaffa tape... So solvable, but not something I should be doing and especially not after 4 days.If you are going to use it for a VERY light screen - you'll be fine.

Works perfectly for my 16.1 inch portable monitors. Keeps them in place and quite steady and heavy, so unlikely to topple. Suitable for use.Also fits other screens of smaller sizes. Including my mobile phone (S24 ultra).Good product.

This is great for my ipad, means I can watch movies/tv etc on my ipad at eye level which is so much better Has greatly improved my enjoyment of the ipad. It has a very stable base, it will even stand happily on my bed without toppling over. You can adjust the height and tilt the ipad easily so depending on the light conditions easy to avoid glare etc, Getting the ipad in the spring loaded clamp is easy, getting it out is bit like Arkwright's till, which made me laugh. No hesitation in recommending this stand, worth the money & 5 stars.

This stand is very well made and super sturdy. Purchased it for my new iPad Air 13” which is same size as iPad Pro. Easy to set up, includes screw and 2 Allen keys (one to tighten screw at base and another smaller one should you need to tighten top bit - not needed now). Simple, functional and great price. Had been looking for an easy way to keep iPad at eye level instead of having to look down all the time. Love it.

This stand is slightly lower than advertised, so I wasn't able to use it for my original intended purpose. However, I have used it as a regular stand for 6 months. It held a portable monitor in portrait orientation well. Recently I tried using it with another portable monitor, but the hinge wasn't capable of holding the screen at the right angle. It just dropped down. It's worth noting the clamps don't 'hook' around the front of the screen. The monitor has popped out of the clamps when moving it. On the positive side, it looks great and the quality is good. I'd say this was only really suited to tablets, or very light portable monitors. I'm replacing it with a small VESA clamp mount.

I’ve been through three different stands and this one is AMAZING! Extremely stable, minimalist and so easy to use. When I first pulled it out of the box, I was skeptical. But once in use, I was thoroughly impressed. I am using it to hold my Dell 7320 Detachable, which is a full quarter pound heavier than a 12.9” iPad Pro. No issues whatsoever.Just buy this reasonably priced stand, and stop searching.

I purchased this stand so when I'm using my Surface Pro, I can have the monitor at eye level and use a wireless keyboard. I was worried the monitor would be too heavy for this stand, but it actually holds it perfectly. I've been using it for a month and the tension clamp is nice and tight with rubber padding to prevent any scratching or damage. It can be tilted up or down, which is awesome for video calls. the height is perfect for me and it's nice and sturdy, so no tipping whatsoever. It's exactly what I needed and I'm really happy with this purchase.
