Is this Made in America or China?

Whenever it's possible to find products made in the USA (or really ANYWHERE except China), I happily pay more for them. It's deceptive that a company call itself "American Lawn Mower", when their merchandise is NOT made here. Likewise, no self-respecting company should advertise with American flags items that are only "designed" in the country they delight in highlighting. I'd be happier buying a mower made in China, if the advertising were at least honest; and by that, I don't mean companies who attempt to disguise the source of their product by saying it's "Made in PCR". What fools they just think us.

Does it cut grass with tall weeds (such as dandelions) or would it jam?

The first time you mow taller grass it may be difficult. Just make sure you mow at least once per week and you should be OK. If the grass is too tall you may need to rent a power mower the first time. After that is should be easy as long as you mow once a week.

I'm leery of the T-handle since my last reel mower's aluminum handle bent and then snapped off. How does this one hold up?

The handle seems pretty strong, especially if you are not mowing through grass so thick (or high) that it requires a lot of forward pressure from you. I just mowed my yard after one week and I did most of it with one hand so not much torque was put on the handle. I am only 5'5'' tall so I don't have a lot of downward pressure on the handle (it is more horizontal) when I am using it. If you are a lot taller, I am not sure if that makes a difference or not? I love this mower- light, easy to push and easy to store!

I have small rocks in parts of my yard, like in the grass, will that be problematic with this mower?

I actually have some small rocks in my yard all over.. it has not been an issue. The worst thing that’s happened is that some rocks get stuck in the blades, when that happens you simply back up until the rocks release and then go forward!! Hope you enjoy your chick Magnet of a lawn mower!

Handy, repairable push mower

I bought this brand as it is reported to be repairable and sharpenable. Easy to assemble with simple instructions . I thought a small plastic handle bar piece was missing but located it later in the wrapping. Not too heavy. Cuts the grass well with a satisfying clipping noise. It came from a seller in France so took time to get here but no customs fee to pay on delivery.

Great little mower!

Very compact and lightweight yet very solid build. Excellent quality all around and only took a few minutes to setup. Was mowing the lawn in no time! I'm giving on my gas lawnmower because my yard space is shrinking. This one fits my needs perfectly and I can help the environment at the same time. It's fairly quite and very comfortable in use. Blades are nice and sharp and they had no problem cutting my lawn. If there is a downside to using a manual mower, small debris like twigs will get stuck and stop the blades from spinning. It's a good idea to pick up debris before getting to work cutting.

Buon prodotto, semplice e solido

Facile da montare. Fa il suo lavoro egregiamente. Ovviamente taglia bene se l'erba è bassa.
