The most delicious mocha ever! I’ve tried a few other white coffees and they were just ok. This one is delicious, quality is high and is nearly identical in flavor to Dutch Bros white coffee. I love adding a little chocolate syrup, vanilla creamer and a few pumps of salted caramel Torani syrup. If I’m feeling extra I’ll add some vanilla cold foam creamer. Is it healthy? Not by any means. But does it taste amazing? You bet your a$$. And it saves me lots of $$ making it at home. And it doesn’t upset my stomach. Regular coffee makes me sick most of the time due to the acidity. This does not at all. Biggest tip is to follow the brew instructions sent with the coffee. It does not brew like regular coffee. I run mine on the rich setting which brews a little longer, giving the coffee grounds some time to expand and really release the flavor.

Fell in love with this coffee back in college! Now I have my husband hooked. Caffeine high is steady and last throughout the day. No crash. Will keep buying it!! I use my Breville touch impress to make it with the dual insert. I hope I’m making it right. Taste great!

We buy this product at least twice per month for years. The best one we have tried so far. Nutty earthy flavor, best used with a French press. Shipping is always faster than what it says. Comes from a small family business which we are happy to support. Will never stop buying this product!!! If you are looking for a white coffee option look no further!!!!

WARNING: white coffee tastes nothing like regular coffee and that’s the point. I spend way too much on white coffee bréves at the coffee shops, so I thought I’d save some money making them at home. This was a good purchase because you get a ton of coffee for the money, so it’s a really good deal. The flavor is great - no one else in my family cares for it much, but I love the plant-like, nutty taste. If you’ve never had white coffee, try it at a cafe before you buy it. That way the taste and appearance won’t throw you off. Also, it’s necessary to use an espresso maker, it won’t work well in a normal coffee pot. White coffee has a higher caffeine content, so be aware of that, too. All in all, I recommend Wired Willy’s. It’s delish and you get a lot of it.

I bought this on the recommendation of someone at my gym who recommended I try it never had white coffee, she explained how to make it, my only hesitation was having to buy 4 lb up front and never trying it I don't like having to buy that much. I thought it was called Wired Willie's, meaning lots of caffeine, I figured being lightly roasted that usually means more caffeine. I've already had three after shots, three shots after making the first shots, and then I even started drinking the first shots just to see if that made any difference and thus far not feeling anything, to clarify, I made the espresson in my manual 20 bar pump espresso maker, I made 2 oz shots, each time, so with the 1st shot to discard, that 6 oz, I drank 5 oz, and with the 2nd shots I drank 6 oz, all within about 2.5 hours, the 1st 7 oz (4oz with 2nd shots plus 3oz of 1st liquid) was within minutes of each other, ZERO Caffeine, so far seller will allow me to send back, and wants me to pay shipping, working on a resolution, if this had 1/2 the expected caffeine, there would not be an issue, Sort Reviews by Date (my go to method) and you'll see others reporting no Caffeine as well, if I drank that much Regular Espresso I would be bouncing off the walls, but I would never brew my espresso twice in the same basket, which here they say to drink 2nd shot but that was still 4oz made in a professional espresso maker per instructions and the 1st shots just in case, plus I repeated this drinking 2oz 1st pull, 2 oz 2nd pull a few hours later, ZERO Caffeine! Buyer Beward, don't trust these reviews and the Seller is not forth coming offering a shipping label, to send back this coffee will be $10 to $20 shipping charge, because, I'm not a business, with special preferred pricing, at our level we pay 5 to 10x what a business pays, I know this from working at PlanetDJ in 2000, where all we did was ship to clients, "Free" because it wasn't that expensive when that's ALL YOU DO in your Business, that's good business practice, offering a refund with a shipping label, so you don't eat 20% to 40% of my purchase made in good faith that you would deliver a quality product, called, "Wired Willies" light roasted, so MORE CAFFEINE than regular espresso, you best deliver, and if you didn't you should be interested to find out WHY this product didn't??? Did I maybe get a bad batch or decaf, I'm hoping it's decaf, or caffeine content is 10 mg per 1 oz or something unusual, but I have my doubts, when they won't own this start to finish, professionally. I'd say if anything I'm more calmer than usual and more relaxed and I just drink my last one. If this magically works, I'll just change tge rating here, but for right now this is where it stands. I can't return it although the paperwork I received says just click to return, they make you buy a large amount with no return policy is highly suspect and bad business!
