These work pretty well but the package is so small that I went through it in a week. VERY expensive considering you only get a few pads in the box.

After putting on lotion, hard to keep on. Also if you wear with socks & have sweaty feet it may slide off. Overall it does cushion the toe from any friction, as long as its secured properly.

Gee, Dr. Scholl. The corn cushion has worked beautifully unchanged for decades. Why the need for "new and improved"? These are impossible! Trying to remove the film (on both sides) is extremely difficult, unless you have nimble fingers. Those of us who are old and arthritic have a much more difficult time of it. After I got the cushion unwrapped, the difficulty continued. The cushion is very sticky and stretchy, and it wraps around the toe instead of being placed on top of said corn. Again, back when I was young and limber this wouldn't have been a problem. I'm OLD. It's a problem! I shouldn't require assistance to apply a corn cusion to my little piggy who cried "wee wee wee" all the way home. Disastrous. Absolutely disastrous. The good news is the adhesion is great. I may not be able to remove it.

I love this product! I have a bony overgrowth on my second toe which causes an area on the large toe to become irritated and swollen. I had tried toe separators, corn pads, silicone covers but I had a problem with each. I even saw a podiatrist who suggested removal of the second toe!Anyway, I gave this product a try and was pleasantly surprised at how well this works for me. The corn pad is clear with a localized raised soft spot in the middle and it cushions the specific tender area nicely. It also adheres very well and it works very well for my situation. I keep extra cushions in my cabinet and use as needed. For me it is worth the investment.
