Are these disinfectant wipes?

The problem is that it comes up under a search for disinfectant wipes, and it's not that at all. Misleading. They need to change keywords on the listing.

Is this a good alternative to barkeeper's friend. Would anyone recommend using this on All-clad cookware?

Barkeepers friend gets all types of residue off of cookware safely and does a miraculous job. I have only used this product in the bathroom. It is good but I don’t think it is equivalent to Barkeepers Friend.

Can I use this to remove mold from my shower tiles?

Definitely would give it a shot. I did not use this for the intent of mold removal. I was trying to see if I can refurbish some shower fixtures (still attached) in a shower or if I need to replace them. In the process of letting this sit on the fixture to do work, it began killing the mold in the caulking. It doesn't seem to be getting to the deep parts of the caulking, maybe half way through. I'm pretty impressed. I had intended to recaulk anyway, just needed to decide if I could salvage the hardware first. Paired with a blue Scotch style pad and this stuff is pretty magical.
