It Really Works!
My husband loves boiled eggs, but hated peeling them. So did I. Especially when making a large bowl of potato salad. It was such a headache. Against my better judgement, and the thought of having another unused gadget in a drawer, I bought this based on reviews. I really hoped that people were being honest. When it came, I couldn't believe how simple it was. Could it work? I pressed the eggs over the sharp needle, and pressed down. Don't overdue it or you'll get a hole that allows the egg to escape. A nice, smooth downward push gives just enough umph to make the pinhole size puncture. No egg escaped during 3 separate trials. It works! Neither my husband nor I had any trouble peeling the eggs! What an amazing product. Cleaned easily and you twist down on the device to protect you from accidentally pricking yourself on the needle. I still can't believe how well this simple device works. Could you just use a pin without buying the device? Maybe. But it wouldn't be as easy as this. Especially for the price.

Okay, I got this because I am cheap and lazy LOL but I think I had higher expectations. It's pretty cheaply made. The poker is very sharp. Value for the money? I guess so because it wasn't that much money. Easy to use? I think it has to do on what type of eggs you get and where you get them from. Sometimes it pops a perfect hole and does its job and sometimes it destroys the bottom of the egg. Easy to clean? I guess

Very good quality
Love that it locks and is very good quality. Use almost daily. Worth every cent, makes it so much easier yo steam hard boiled eggs without shells cracking.

works great and as intended
I have one of those tiny egg steamer devices and the egg piercer which came it it is kinda difficult to use. I'm glad I found this fox fun egg piercer. I poke the hole in the fat part of the egg and steam the eggs in my cooker. The hole made from this egg piercer allows for the egg to cook evenly and the shell to peel with minimal effort. The needle is very sharp, but it only 'comes up' when the yolk part of this device is pushed down. I would not allow my kids to play with this. I'm teaching them the difference between tools and toys right now.

Don’t like this compare to the one I had.
I used to have the yellow one for years and loved it. It didn’t let me push all the way in, so I didn’t have to worry about breaking the egg. It also had a magnet on the back, and I always kept it on the fridge. Now, I really don’t like this one. The main problem is I can put it in all the way, and the needle was pretty thick. I made 2 eggs, one the shell was cracked, the other one was poked through the membrane so the egg white oozed out (I made sure I pierced the rounder side.) I don’t think I can return it. But I will not bother to give it another shot against

Priceless !
Unbelievable how such a small simple device can solve such an annoying problem. I first purchased this years ago and it made peeling hard boiled eggs a breeze. It did finally stop working, and I just forgot about it. Next time I made hard boiled eggs I remembered what a pain it can be trying to peel them. By the time I finished, there was hardly any egg left! Never again, immediately went and ordered a new one. It’s real easy to use, you unlock it by turning the yellow ( yolk ) circle, put an egg on it ( large end down ) and give a quick light press. Makes a tiny hole in the eggshell that allows the membrane to separate from the shell when cooking. The eggs peel so quickly and easily, almost slips right out. No waste, no mess, ( no aggravation ) and eggs look perfect. My one word of advice would be to make sure you turn it back to the locked position when putting away, or it will get you when you’re digging in the kitchen drawer ! My last one lasted me years, was easy to clean and for the price I now realize how priceless it is !

Does help with egg peeling
This actually does help my eggs peel easier. It does take time to learn how to use it. Slowly but firmly press the egg down on the point. I have yet to break an egg by pressing to hard. Some times the locking part engages, simply rotate back. Hopefully the sharp tip stays sharp a long time.

Funciona super bem

Must have for hardboiled eggs
We use these to make hardboiled eggs and it works SO well. You pierce a hole at the bottom of the egg and throw them in some boiling water for 14 minutes. Out come the eggs, and they are super easy to peel. This allows you to remove the shell in seconds, so easy my 3 year old can remove the shells completely in a matter of seconds. Can't do hardboiled eggs without it! Highly recommend!

Excelente perforador, para huevos cocidos
Cumple muy bien su función, que es perforar el huevo en la parte baja para que la bolsa de aire que hay debajo del huevo tenga un lugar de salida y al expandirse por calor, no reviente la cáscara. Simple y brillante
