I take like 10 different vitamins, so remembering to add this to my daily supplement routine is a chore. On days I take this consistently I notice softer skin, also a weird one but the soles of my feet are significantly softer too.

This supplement contains a tailored mix of three probiotics that are said to be helpful to the skin: Lactobacillus paracasei, Lafti® L26 AF, Bifi obacterium bifidum Rosell®-71 (R0071) , Lactobacillus helveticus Lafti® L10 ND , Saccharomyces boulardii. They also contain zinc which is a beneficial mineral for skin health.The box contains 60 capsules which are vegetarian friendly, and the daily dosage is one per day, so the box will last you two months. The current price is £58.00 which works out at just under £1 per day, so are fairly expensive.My daughter is taking these to see if they can calm down her mild acne. So far she hasn’t noticed a difference in the number of spots, but we both think that her skin looks less dull and more glowing.To sum up, it’s a good product for gut and skin health, but maybe not affordable for many.

I was really pleased to have the opportunity to try these skin clear supplements out as I can be prone to problem skin and am interested to see if the microorganism complex really will have a positive impact.I like that you only need to take one capsule daily with a meal, as I take quite a few different supplements (usually two at a time) and feel like I could start rattling soon lol, so taking only one is better for me.The capsule is also smaller than the usual capsules I take thus making it easier to swallow.I have only been taking these for around 5-6 days so think it's too early to see any visible results although saying that, I had a few blemishes on my forehead that seem to have cleared up nicely. I'm looking forward to combining these with my daily collagen supplements.I do think they are a bit on the expensive side, however, you are getting a two month supply so it doesn't work out too bad when you look at it like that.If I begin to notice a vast improvement, I'll return to update this review. x

A two month supply. You get six foil blister packs, each containing ten capsules. They are easy to swallow; take one with your main meal. There are four strains of gut-friendly bacteria to feed your microbiome and nourish you from within. Also supplemented with zinc. Suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free.

This is a pretty expensive supplement for your skin health but their is a lot of literature out there claiming Biomes are excellent for skin. My daughter is prone to acne outbreaks so is trying these. She has only being using them for 4 days so far to early to see how well they work, but she has felt good since taking them and thinks her skin look less dull.These capsules contain 3 different cultures of probiotics which have been shown to improve gut health and thereby improving immunity and general health. There is no doubt this is a good product though at £58 a month it may be out of reach for some.

My skin seems a lot clearer since taking these supplements, amazing results within first few weeks, will continue using this supplement, highly recommended.

I like that they have used vegetarian capsule shells as I like to avoid gelatine. You get 60 of the capsules and the daily serving size is one daily so this will last you two months. This product isn’t suitable for vegans as one of the bacteria, Saccharomyces boulardii, is milk derived. The idea of supporting skin health but working from within using these 4 targeted strains of bacteria is interesting and it’s too early to judge how effective it is. An expensive supplement but I am impressed by the concept, the ingredients and also by the packaging.

I was definitely reserving judgement on these capsules as I've been underwhelmed by so many in the past. I'm going through a phase of lovely breakouts so I thought it would be interesting to see how this helps. I should also add that I have skin conditions including icthyosis on my body for which I am undergoing treatment. It's already started to clear my pizza face and it's only been 4 days so far. I'm suitably amazed and impressed. I don't think I can afford to take this permanently as much as I'd love to, but it's definitely something worth using to give you a boost ahead of an important event. I am going to order another course of them to take in the lead up to my wedding.
