Beurer BiteX Original Insect Sting & Bite Relief BR60, Chemical-Free

This is an amazing product! I have had this for 3 years and it works so well. I thought it was a gimmick at first but was desperate for help with my bug bites. Just today, I was outside weeding for 40 minutes and when I came back inside I counted 38 bites on my legs. I grabbed the beurer, “burned” them all, and have only had one that I possibly missed being itchy. I am an absolute mosquito magnet and am so glad I found this. If I’m outside with 6 friends, they will end up with maybe one or two bites and I am absolutely covered. The size is perfect for holding in your hand, the on/off switch is great for saving the battery, and the button to turn it on is very easy to use. I always use the sensitive mode and have it heat up for 3 seconds. It gives me a break if I need it and then I can push the button again for another 3 seconds. The itching goes away IMMEDIATELY!!! Some areas are definitely more sensitive to the heating plate, and it can feel painful for a second or two, but it is worth it for the relief. I just noticed that beurer makes a keychain version of this and I’m now on the hunt for it so that I can keep one in my car! I’ve had the same batteries in the machine for the 3 years that I have had it and it is still going strong. I would make sure that this is put away high enough where young children can’t play with it. While I don’t think that it could cause extreme damage, the plate does get super hot and kids might get injured if they play with it.

All of my life I have been a mosquito magnet. They love me for some reason. My husband and I will both be outside, and I’ll literally get 20 bites, and he’ll get none. Then I itch so badly that I’ll scratch myself bloody, and my sleep will be disrupted. I’ve tried every lotion and repellant known to man. The repellants help, but this thing saves me when I forget to use repellant or end up with a bite anyway. Yesterday I went outside to feed the chickens and ducks, and I got 15 bites on my arms and legs. We were going out that night, so I showered and then sat down to treat my bites. The gadget heats up when you turn it on, and you apply it to the bite. I applied it twice to each of my bites, and the itching STOPPED. I showed my husband all of the bites on my legs yesterday. Today I showed him again, and he couldn’t believe the welts were gone. He knows that I usually end up scratching them so much while I sleep that they bleed, and when he DOES actually get bitten, he ends up with a welt too. Even he was amazed at the difference. The gadget burns a little, so I’m not sure this would be great for little kids, but for me it’s FANTASTIC. I apply it twice to each bite, and the itching is gone. I can’t believe it! It’s almost like a miracle for me. I’ve dealt with this problem all of my life. My family has always been big into camping, fishing, and hiking all over the world, I grew up on a pond, and I’ve had horses all of my life. Lots of mosquitoes! One time in Canada on a camping trip, I counted 100 bites. In Virginia we basically lived on a swamp and spent many lovely hours hiking in the Shenandoah mountains. I now live on a small farm near a pond, and unless I spray repellant (which I hate,) I get soooo many bites. I wish I had this years ago! I just changed the batteries that came with it today, and I bought it last year, so they’ve lasted months. I’ve used it all summer long. I hope this device will last a long time because it has made my life so much better. For me, it’s worth the very short burning sensation (again, I always use it twice on each bite) to stop the itching so that I don’t scratch the bite until bleeds and so I can sleep! Honestly, I want to thank the inventor and maker of this device. It really has made my life so much better! I plan to buy one for my niece who is a mosquito magnet like I am as a gift. It’s crazy how much I use this thing and how grateful I am for it! Thank you!

Wow! I love this bug bite zapper so much I already bought a back up. 23andme says I'm more likely to attract mosquitos and I do get bit a LOT unless I douse myself with DEET, yuck! Plus, I have super sensitive skin, that breaks out with satellite hives from even minor skin irritation. Add to that, I'm allergic to bug bites which swell up and itch for a week or more even with cortisone or calamine. So when I venture outside, well, I'm a hot mess, right quick. Lol We just finished a cross country RV trip with plenty of opportunities to test out this big bite zapper on many, many mosquito bites for both me and my spouse. So glad I brought it! It was soooo nice not itching, or dealing with bug spray or anti itch goop all over me, and not smelling like Off the entire trip! Most of the time the itching instantly goes away after one short press of this nifty device. With bigger bites or bites I don't catch right away (because I forget to put the device in my pocket before going outside), I sometimes have to do another short press or even a long press to get the itching to stop. My husband prefers the long press but he doesn't have sensitive skin. Once it stops the itching, it's like the bites never happened! My husband had identical results. The only bites it hasn't worked so well on for us are a couple spider bites. It still reduced itching and discomfort with those bites though too, it just didn't entirely eliminate them. The batteries have lasted several weeks even with regular use. It must automatically turn off after a while if you forget to turn it off. Sure love that! Haven't had to change batteries yet. It's easy to tell when it's on, the switch displays green when on. And the active zap light is a bright blue semi-circle for a short press and a full circle for a long press so there's no confusion how long is going to zap you! And, yes, it hurts when it zaps you, some places more than others, but instant relief from the itching is SO worth it to me. It's not even an issue for me. It easily fits in a pocket. Has a nice sleek modern design and is easy to clean. My only suggestion is I wish it had a way to attach it to a key chain or a lanyard so there's less chance of it falling out of a pocket or setting it down somewhere and misplacing it. It's that important to me! I've had friends look at me weird when I use it in front of them the first few times but when they eventually get bit, they try it and it works for them too! And before you know it I'm sending them the Amazon link. This little device is a game changer!! I won't go outside without it now. I don't know how I coped before, it's like a miserable dream. Good bye stinky bug spray, red bumps, itching, and calamine lotion! I love my bug bite zapper!

This product is amazing! I get covered in mosquito bites every summer, so I keep this in my pocketbook now&it's ready in just a few seconds. I've used it on brand new bites (which it DOES work better on), but I've used it on day old bites, as well&it still surprisingly works to alleviate the itch&welping. I have only used it on mosquito bites atm. I also have a teen I have used it on&it works good for her too. But I have to use it in particular places with my 4 yr old..there definitely is a burning/stingy feeling when using this device, so I only use it for half the time of the sensitive skin setting&only on the not-so-tender areas on her body. She knows it will make it not itch..so she doesn't cry or anything when it's applied, the sting isn't that bad...its just uncomfortable. I do believe, hands down, that the stinging/burning feel of using this device is so much better than the downside of itching constantly, welped up places that are hot to the touch& possibly get infected..this device has erased all of those issues for my household now. Would recommend to all families, but not use on any children under the age of 3 in my opinion. Value for the money was totally worth it!! It's made very well, not cheap made@all. Seems to be made like a $60+device. No smell when using. Check your pkg thoroughly when you open it@first. The batteries ARE included, they're just hidden in the box it comes in.

absolutely love this product! it really works. I've had a horrible reaction to bug bites my whole life and they welt up, get big and gross and then turn into a dark spot once healed. I used this product on my last mosquito bite and i zapped it twice a day for 3 days and immediately it helped. Truly works great and no welt, no getting bigger and bigger each day and no dark spots once healed. it does heat up, but its so worth the few seconds of heat pain.

I react badly to mosquito bites. This gadget is amazing, and so easy to use. It does sting for a couple of seconds but stops the itching and actually heals the bite. I have bought every spray, cream, & lotion on the market but nothing compares. It fits easily into my bag.

Bought this back in 2023 and it only recently started breaking. As someone who is extremely prone to getting bug bites, I've tried almost everything to prevent them. However I live in a humid area and can't always spray repellent every single day of my life. Thats where this beautiful, easy to use device comes in. Only one button gives applies an uncomfortable but necessary dab of heat that saves me from all the itching/scaring/etc that I would otherwise get. This thing has been such a life saver and a staple in my everyday purse. Heavily recommend!

If you are sensitive and reactive to bug bites you NEED this!! I have always been a bug magnet, I’ll get eaten alive and my husband won’t get a single bite. Most of my life it’s been mosquitos - I get giant welts with each bite. I recently moved to Florida and I haven’t gotten any mosquito bites yet but there’s some other kind of bug bite I’ve been getting. I’ve been getting eaten up so bad at first I thought I was having some kind of rash or bed bugs or something. Benadryl cream wasn’t helping. The bug bite thing (suction device) wasn’t helping. I learned it’s a different kind of bug out here that I never see land on me or feel bite me but the bites are even itchier than mosquitos for me and they last much longer. This device has helped sooooooo much. So much relief and it’s instant. If I use it right away it seems to basically destroy the bug bite. If I use it days later it helps interrupt the itchy flare up so it still helps give me relief. I’m generally sensitive to heat so it does feel pretty hot to me, I keep saying ow when it heats up but I think I’ll get used to it. I already notice the more I use it on a certain area the less sensitive I feel to the temperature. My husband says he doesn’t even feel the heat and laughs at me for saying ow. So it depends on your skin and heat sensitivity. It’s so worth it though even though I’m saying ow haha

I can't express the satisaction of this amazing product! how come I've never heard of it before! Love it!!!

Quality good and it's work I thought before it wouldn't work but after trying it's remove the pain

I find that this genuinely works, at least for a few hours. I find that I later have to re-apply the heat to the bite to numb the itch. Once I do, the itch definitely goes away. The product comes in very good quality packaging and is made really well. Not flimsy or easy to break. I've dropped it a couple times already and it still works well. Easy to use and if you can handle the few seconds of burn, it is worth it because that little bit of burn easily outweighs the hours and days of itch and bleed and scab that I usually get from bites.
