Great quality large pan(pot), works well
Have wanted this pot for a couple of years so when I got a new hob and saw the pot at a great price on Amazon, I was delighted to get it at last. Fabulous quality, heavy pot, non-stick is brilliant and works well on my induction hob. Fabulous for stir fry and casserole type dishes, love that it can go from hob to oven too! Would recommend.

Nice pan
It is a nice pan, the non stick coating works well and it is a pleasure to use. The idea of the red spot is to heat the pan empty until the spot becomes one colour than start cooking but I find that by this time, or well before, even with gentle heating, the base starts to bow. The instructions caution against overheating to avoid distortion but also instructs you to pre heat until the spot disappears. I find that you cannot do both. This is no different to the pan it has replaced, which was from the previous Jamie Oliver red spot range, which did the same thing. That said, that one lasted a good number of years of fairly constant use before the coating started to wear out, so I have high hopes for this one.

Not a small batch pan but so far has proved faultless, easy to clean not had long enough to assess not stick durability.
