Spurtar Brake Caliper Press Tool with 2 Hanger Hooks

One of the most useful tools I have bought. Moved the piston back really well (needs a bit of pressure on the plates to make it operate so give them a squeeze together with your fingers until they tighten inside the caliper). Did the job well, would recommend. Also comes with hooks to take the weight of the caliper too.

After researching for ages I finally settled on these. I was surprised, these have a good bit of weight to them and the machining on the tool looks clean. I know that with some other brands people have found them stiff and pressure needs to be applied to start the ratchet mechanism, I tried this straight out of the box and just holding the pressure plates with my hand the ratchet mechanism worked smoothly and there is a good range movement for the separation of the plates. All in all a good product so far.

Used and can confirm it worked for a ford transit mk7 2.4 rwd front brake calipers. Seems sturdy enough and well built however similar to any rachet mechanism it needs some tenion before the rachet clicks else you can keep swinging side to side and it wont do anything.

Ratchet mechanism broke after 1st use garbage don't waste your money

Perfect too!! Yes, you can do the same job with a clamp and a block of wood, but this won’t break the bank. It’s just so easy to use and cuts out all the faffing about.

First and foremost I cannot speak to the longevity of this tool, but if you're in a pinch, the price of this tool was about 1/5 of buying a new caliper. I thought my piston was seized on my sonata, as it twisted the normal c-clamp I used for my pistons. But after a little trial and error this tool came in clutch and made it a breeze to either unseize or just have better leverage to push the piston back in. All in all this tool saved me 80$ and a bunch of headache replacing the caliper and having to bleed the brake lines. Much more heavy duty than it looks in the pics. I was pleasantly surprised by the tool and the caliper hangers.

ラチェットが付いていて便利♪と購入しましたが、一番狭めても厚みが有るし、キャリパーに当たる面の幅も広く、原チャ等には適しません。 ただ、ラチェットの動きも精度あり頑丈（ラチェット部に斜めに力を掛けなければ）なので、自動車で使うには、良い商品だと（星５）思います。

I used this when I was changing the pads on my Model 3, and it works good for the front brake, but it was a little too wide to fit in the rear brakes since my pads were pretty worn and the piston was all the way out. But after prying against the piston with a long screwdriver I was able to push it back enough for me to fit this press tool in and it was really easy after that. When first take out of the package everything was screwed down really tight, so you'll have to manually unscrew the plates and back it off a thread or so before the ratcheting starts working. I assume it was that tight so it wouldn't rattle when shipping. Overall really easy to use and I don't see why this wouldn't last a longtime with how long it takes in between changing pads.
