Yes, there is adhesive at the bottom so you can directly attach to whatever surface

They are not at all tall, just slightly rounded on one side and flat on the side that attached to the bottom of the computer’s-maybe an 1/8 “ thick just a rubber piece to go under a computer do it doesn’t slide
