I used another brand for years and they stopped making them. This version is too thick in the seams. After throwing a dozen balls or so it really started to hurt.

Bought this to help my 8 year old quit the habit. He quit sucking his thumb during the day years ago but I’d often find him sleeping with it in his mouth. Orthodontist suggested tying something around his elbow like an ace bandage to be a gentile reminder during sleep. I found this on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try. Of course it’s a little loose on him but we strap the Velcro and it keeps it in place well enough not to fall off. We’ve been using it for a few months and it’s worked for us. His teeth seem to not be protruding as much.

Thump tip inside is not comfortable. Hard material irritates thumb.

The tip is very boxy, it is not form fitting. It also doesn’t wrap around your hand well, I have a small hand and the velcro portion does not fit parallel. It’s almost crisscross. It puts a lot of pressure in a weird place. I had a cut a quarter inch of the thumb on the inside and re-saw it so it became more rounded. It is very boxy which isn’t that great considering a bowling ball as around hole.

Lasts much longer than brunswick one

If I had a choice, I wouldn't give it one star. This is supposed to be one size fits all. It barely fits my hand, and I would normally wear a medium sized glove. Unless you have a small hand... don't waste your money on this product.
