Great "Cheat" Codes
This was bought for my deaf son who was having some difficulty getting through his games . . . I believe he quite enjoys it because he hasn't given me any negative comments so far .. seems to be really content with it .

Action Replay for the Wii.
I just got this device and noticed the memory card was blank. I read the manual followed the steps and managed to get the codes on the memory card. The memory card is kind weird it can plug into the usb port on your computer. I tried to transfer the codes onto the memory card using my labtop which has Windows 7 on it. It didn't work. It gave me some stupid error. I am not saying that is won't work on a computer with Windows 7 but it didn't work on mine. I then plug it in my desktop computer running Windows XP and it worked. I don't know why that made the sd memord like this since most labtops have a memory card reader. By the way I tried to stick the card in my laptop's memory card reader and it didn't fit. It is just the way it is designed and could have been design to fit. Most people at least has a printer with a memory card reader which the card might fit in there since you don't have to stick it all the way in. But any ways you have to run the action replay program from the calendar on your Wii after you put the memory card into your Wii. Why couldn't run in one of the Wii channels I don't know. But this is a pain since you have to go back to the date that you copied the codes on the card on the calendar to run. This means you have copy the codes on the memory card again if you want a date closer to the present. Once getting everything set up according to your manual you will see what I mean. There are codes to only about 103 games which I noticed there were alot more of the easier games in the list of codes. Really I would want codes to more of the harder games. There doesn't seem to be any codes for the Wii Ware games or for the classic games which is another disappointment. Overall there isn't as many codes as there are for the other Action Replay devices. I hear you can edit the codes yourself but you have to do it on the computer and it isn't easy to do as it is on the other Action Replay devices that allow you to edit the codes.

Cryptic, useless!
Cryptic code downloads. Really not worth it. Will not buy such items again.Have found alternate systems. Much more effective at gaming for youth.

A good start, but could be better.
The action replay wii works as advertised but you can't add new codes or new games. And some of the games only have codes for certain regions(mario party 9 i.e only has eu codes as does xenoblade and a few games only have codes for the us versions) There's also no codes for vc games at all(since they didn't adventise there was this is forgivable)Overall a great purchase for those that want to hack there wii without doing risky things like homebrew channel

I think I've just wasted a bunch ofoney for nothing
No it didn't I am having trouble getting this one to work also, I think I've just wasted a bunch ofoney for nothing, my computer uses Linux, and I can't figure out how to expand the zip file to the SD card, and my son says he is unable to do.it with his computer, although I don't know why, so.even though I'm poor, I continue to grow poorer still, because I am unable to grt thungs to work, which also means I wasted money on games, and systems as well, to the tune of about a hundred or more dollars, I don't know what to do anymore. Maybe just break it all, and trash it.

161 games, mostly EU regional
The product itself is fairly good. However, the current game selection sucks if you live in the US. There are only a handful of US region games supported. Great if you have an EU region Wii and games. Otherwise, you're better off waiting until the code list is updated to include more US games.

Finally Manhunt 2 Uncensored for Wii
A couple of reviews on here say this item is hard to use, is sub-standard or doesn't work. It's a hack device...if hacking a system were easy, everyone would do it. This hacking device requires minimal setup which is all in the manual. And if you get stuck, search on Youtube for a setup video. "JayFNG" of Datel has a step-by-step video on his channel. The best part of this device is that it produces a temporary softmod on your Wii using the Letterbomb exploit to run code. When you exit a game using a code, your system returns to an unmodded state. Pretty brilliant actually. This is a great solution if you don't want to permanently softmod your Wii for cheat code use.The codes are run by an XML file that you upload to the SD Card which Datel provides. This XML file can be modified to add your own codes. The possibilities are endless for game cheats if you take a little time to search out or write your own codes. And if the above hasn't sold you on this, now you can finally play Manhunt 2 in it's full brutal uncensored glory. Codejunkies (Datel) will not provide you with this code if you inquire about it, probably won't even respond to your email, so dump the following code into your XML file and get ready to play Manhunt 2 the way it was intended. If anything, this device sells itself on this code alone.<game Id="3209"><name>Manhunt 2 (US)</name><cheat><name>Uncensored Killing Fun</name><codes>00000000 4B003200 0045F900 4BBA3900 0045F900 4BBA3900 00000000 4B003200</codes></cheat></game>Overall, if you're a person with zero experience with hacking, this may be a cumbersome task to get up and running. But if this isn't the first time you've used a flash cart or cheating device, this should be fairly simple.I give it 5 stars all day.

SD entnehmen, in Wii einlegen.

Got this handy little device for my wii hoping it would give me a hand in any games i was finding tough. I was quite suprised this products works perfectly, it has codes for most of the big titles on the wii ( i was suprised to see codes for The Last Story as when i got this it was only out a bout a week ). All in all i think its a good buy for any wii onwner thats wants a little bit of help :). It is very handy for Monester Hunter Tri and Xenoblade Chronicles!!!!... Ohh almost forgot it is very simple to set up, comes with a manual to walk you through the process on your PC then its as easy as slotting in the SD card you get and your ready to go. Anyways thanks for reading hope this helps you make your decision on getting this or not for yourself.

Does not work
I spent ages trying to get this to work and it seems as if the SD card end of the device has a fault. I could not get it to work despite trying for ages and having a background in IT. I ended up jail breaking the wii in the end which was easier and works much better for cheat codes
