Yes but only a little. I love the touch of color it gives my lips. You can rub it on several layers until you see an obvious difference. Perhaps moisture and hint of tint without it being overbearing.

Love this combo!

Moisturizing lip balm with a lovely sheer color and juicy scent

I really like this stuff. Very nice juicy scent and good texture, not sticky, and gives a really nice sheer color while moisturizing lips. I also have to say, today I’ve been pairing the NIVEA blackberry lip care with the Rhode pretzel lip tint and it’s so pretty together and smells like blackberry pie.
