Very good lock
It is a good lock and it has a good app to manage it remotely. I am very happy with it overall, however the battery does have some issues.

International warranty is misrepresented
I bought this lock, it seemed to work fine for a few months. When it unfortunately stopped working during the warranty period I was told that despite them delivering the original to me in UAE, the warranty only applies if I have an address in the USA.I had no choice but to pay extra money to get them to send me a replacement. Iāve been waiting since July and I still donāt have the lock or any confirmation it has even been sent.So if you are buying this lock for the warranty or customer service then you will be sorely disappointed.

Good idea and bad manufacturing
The lock is a combination of good idea and bad production. The metal of the latch is extremely week for its function. Being hit in perpendicular direction (e.g. by occasional door closer work or early door opening while the door is locked) the lock is easily get damaged. The latch easily becomes curve, this leads to the loss of its ability to go back into the corps of the lock body from the door frame. In such occasion the only option to open the lock is to disassemble it or extract by force with potential loss of the door as a result
