Does the bracket fits to a sfx-l power supply?

Will this fit on my cougar turret mid tower case? btw im using an evga 750w g3 psu

Short Answer: Yes. But I don’t know why you would want a more expensive sff PSU in a case that can fit a standard sized PSU.

The hole layout looks symmetrical, so can this bracket be used upside down for a bottom mounted psu? Will put an SF450 in my Fractal Design Nano S.

Bottom mounted PSU's the fan should point down so it will draw air from rear of case and back out through the body of the power supply. But yes you can mount it upside down. My case does have a cover for the PSU. Keep in mind heat rises.

Regarding sfx to atx bracket, what's the distance between the 2 mounting holes in middle row? is it approx. 3.5 inches?
