Mosquito Guard Repellent Spray, 4oz

I give this product high marks simply because it is a natural product that doesn't smell like chemicals and most importantly, it works for me! I tried it after a friend recommended it. I was going to a lot of outdoor weddings and I am a mosquito magnet. I get bit instantly and in quantity. I have yet to get bit whenever I've used this. And like any product, it would be best to reapply after a certain point in a 24 hour period. Does it have a smell to it? Yes, of course. It is made of plant based essential oils. If anyone wants odorless, you likely won't find it in a plant based oil. Is it sticky. Yes, there is a bit of tackiness, but again, it's an oil based product and frankly, the oil insures it's not going to just disappear if you perspire or sweat outdoors. I would rather go to an outdoor event and not end up with 20 bright red blotches from mosquito bites all over my legs than care about the slight Pledge like smell for a little while. It seems to be most notable when first applied than it fades. BTW, I have a very heightened sense of smell. If you travel with it, put it in a small zip lock bag for sure. So depending on preference and if people read the product description, you'll see a wide range of reviews on it.

I'm horribly allergic to deet so always searching for an effective alternative. Skin-so-soft, Off & Cutter 'natural', etc. just don't work for me. This product works great! Mosquitos really, really like me so while golfing I may have to apply a 2nd coat but overall very effective! I like the citronella'ish scent and I feel it only a minimal amount on my skin. Hasn't discolore any fabric. Bottle did tend to leak s little but probably because I kept in car with fluctuating temps and also got "tossd" around being in golf bag. Compared to 'Mosquito Net' that is no longer made, it's slightly less effective but a lot less tacky feeling; scent is about the same. Overall extremely pleased and will order again.

we are always looking for natural bug spray that works - this does the trick - for camping trips and summer evenings, this really helped keep the bugs away, and the smell is not bad at all. The spray works well for even coverage, and kids didn't mind using it. I would definitely buy again

Brought this to the fireworks & my entire family used it. It kept the flies away from our ankles, & mosquitos stayed away. Love the scent - not overpowering at all

It kinda works here in Florida . It stops some mosquitoes but does not stop them all . I use this stuff more like an area spray , it works to keep them out of the house by saturating the doorway and patio, it has all the right natural ingredients but it takes so many sprays to be effective , I don't feel comfortable soaking the kids in it . I've found a combination of a natural incense and a spray or two of a 100% deet will keep nearly all of them away from us in the yard
