Taurine is a very basic substance that does a lot for our entire body. This is the best I've had so far!
This product is now recommended in a new nutrition book called It's Not the Cans: The Best Nutrient Balance for a Stronger and Healthier YouIt's hard to go wrong with Taurine from any reputable manufacturer so if you choose another reputable brand you will still get what you need.THAT BEING SAID, this is the best I have ever taken! I seem to reap the same benefits with smaller doses of magnesium when taken with this product. My mind feels like all cylinders are firing and the timing is optimum. I feel like I've had a tune-up. My heart rate is averaging two fewer beats per minute. My mood is as positive as it has ever been.Although the other brands of Taurine never actually bother my stomach. This pharmaceutical grade Taurine feels like I didn't put anything in my stomach. For all I know that may simply be because of the capsule vs the tablet form. I'm going to stay with this product and encourage others to use this brand as well.Still, Taurine is pretty basic so you will still get enough absorption, I think, from any reputable brand. I would give other reputable brands four stars. This product is just going that extra mile for the highest quality which I think I notice in very minute ways so they get five stars from me.Taurine may be basic but it's multiple functions in our bodies make a huge difference. Great overall supplement.
I'm a senior male who is still active and works out with some intensity. I use this in combination with other supplements to maintain my youth. There is something to this, I feel great, and this quality Taurine is part of it. Tip: Great for taking before bedtime with a partial dose of Magnesium L-Threonate or Glycinate (I use Jarrow); my quality of sleep has improved to a high degree.
