Genuine Ford Replacement Parts
These are original equipment factory seals manufactured by Ford that fit perfectly & improved the appearance of my 2003 Ranger Edge. They are commonly referred to as exterior window sweeps or belt trim. My originals were badly torn from 13 years in the California sun. I easily replaced mine without removing the interior door panel using a plastic trim tool to pop the old one loose and then tuck the rubber beneath the side mirror plastic cover during installation. Be careful to press evenly until the clips lock in place to prevent warping the aluminum shell beneath the rubber. The longest part of the job was rubbing off the grime from the paint that was trapped below the old piece. The only difference between the old & new seals is the new ones don't have small pieces of adhesive backed foam on the undersides that I presume is to prevent rattling. This wasn't a problem for me since I have a roll on hand and added a few small pieces as needed. After the job was completed I came to the conclusion that the small foam pieces weren't needed since the trim fit tight so maybe they were left off after a parts redesign. These definitely improved my Rangers curb appeal.

Weatherstrips
The weatherstrips, right and left side, for the Ford, Ranger, are well known to fail after years of strong sunlight and heat especially in the southwestern part of the US. The new outer weatherstrips went on perfectly and make a big difference in look as well as function. These parts worked just fine and thank you.
