Reduces soreness from progressive overload powerlifting training. ZMA helps soothe the recovery. Take it at night! I get really sleepy about 20 minutes after taking it.

I use ZMA for helping with my sleep and workout recovery. I used to use NOW brand, as this is "recommended by Amazon", and cheaper, I thought I will try.However, there is a reason why it is cheaper - it does not work.My sleep and recovery using this brand is poorer compared with NOW ZMA earlier.

3 - 4 caps an hour before bed (has to be empty stomach, take with water) and i get deep sleep, some times i get vivid dreams, and feel better rested the next day. For me that's exactly what i expect and want it to do.

Oh man, im getting some good recovery after using this product. Not all sleep is created equal. I know this because I suffer from sleep apnea so even though "slept" for 8 hours, I wasn't really resting. After being prescribed a cpap machine I thought all was good because I was feeling better during the day. This ZMA took it to another level though. I sleep deep, feel rested in the morning, and am able to perform better in the gym after work. Already ordered the refill.

Very vivid, very emotional dreams. I've woken up twice crying since I started taking ZMA. One dream the whole world was destroyed by some great apocalypse, nuclear war or something and I died along with my family while I was trying to save them from the initial aftermath. Another one I got shot multiple times trying to save a friend and everyone who was with me left and I was alone and bleeding out.. I called my mom to tell her I loved her and not to be sad.. she told me I'd be OK and I told her no I'm dying. She called the authorities and they found me. I survived and I broke down crying when I got to the airport near my hometown. So many people were there to see me and tell me I was a hero and I started sobbing uncontrollably and telling everyone I shouldn't be alive. I was so greatful to be alive. I woke up actually crying. That was a happy sad. Some people said they have only had nightmares, but I've had many other very lucid dreams that were sexual or otherwise happy dreams. But it's the heartbreaking ones you remember the best and affect you for a while. Both the dreams I mentioned had me feeling some kinda way for a few days after. The situations felt real and the feelings I had in the dreams felt so real that my mind couldn't accept they didn't actually happen. This was 3 capsules of Primaforce ZMA.
