What is the exact material of this product? ppsu? pes? pp? tritan?

That is an egg-selent question- I do not know and the box package has no mention other tha ‘dish washer safe’ / Makes me wonder

Can it go in an instant pot?

I wondered the same thing so I contacted to manufacturer to be safe. They answered "The product hasn't been tested in an instant-pot, therefore we do not recommend it". Bummer!

Are you able to steam eggs using this? To steam eggs you need 1 inch of boiling water.. are those adorable little feetsies at least an inch high?

I don’t know about steaming it as I’ve never tried it that way with only an inch of water. I boiled the eggs the usual way of boiling the eggs with Egguins and they came out just great!

Any drainage holes on bottom, or does water from the pot get stuck and sit in the bottom of the penguins? Don't want eggs to sit in liquid after cooki

Hey there! Thanks for asking! Yeah our cute egguins have holes at the bottom for preventing the water to get stuck after cooking! We will add this detail to our listing thanks to you since we undersnand it's not clear enough! Enjoy our Egguins and we are here for any further question! Bestes, Peleg Design

Perfect little penguins for eggs!

These are super for boiling eggs! Cute as can be, the penguins’ handle does not get hot and eggs are easy to insert - love these perky little penguins sitting in the pan of boiling water and then right into the fridge! Great idea!!!!
