Aleene's Tacky Glue Pen Turbo 2pc

I love Aleene's tacky glue and always buy these. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these Aleene's Turbo Tacky Glue Pens. They arrived extremely warm after shipping, and after using them, the glue doesn't seem to cure properly. It remains tacky, and the paper comes apart instead of forming a strong, permanent bond. It seems there may be something wrong with the glue, possibly due to the high temperatures during transport. Based on my experience, the product did not perform as expected.

Works well for small items. Would buy again.

I use this glue mostly for card making. I use a lot of very detailed Spellbinders dies and the pen format allows me to place very small amounts of glue in all the fiddly places. The bond the glue makes is very very strong and sets very quickly. If I make one of the boxes using my Hougie Board I can use the box withing minutes when I use this glue on the corners. It is possilbe to glue small embellishments like buttons to my cards with very small amouts of glue. The pens last for ages as you only need to use a small amount of glue and this doesn't make the bond weaker. Today I mended my husband's watch strap with this glue it was quick and easy to use. The cap has a small pin that slots into the nozzle when it is closed and this stops the glue drying out, so it always ready to use. I have used other glues but I keep coming back to this one because it works and my card making has improved because of it.

Worked great for the craft I was doing made tiny miniature baskets with wax thread and floral wire. This glue was great for wrapping the thread and not leaving visible residue.
