The cords are attached! There’s a sound jack and a USB, both attached to the speakers with volume control. I like them a lot for my green/rainbow set up!!

They make a 3.5mm to USB adapter but your better option would probably be to just find a different set of speakers.

Can this speaker plug into an iPhone?

Yes but you would need to also plug them into a USB outlet; there's a 3.5mm headphone jack but they don't self-power so there's also a USB male connector.
