No, it does not. There arent' any drying ingredients that may leave the hair or scalp flaky. Nairobi, generally makes very good products.

Natural twists. They last about a week without re-twisting them every night. I like the fact that my curls have lots of body, and shine. Although, the curls are well defined they are soft versus the lotta body was too crunchy for me.
