Amazing Customer Service
Great customer service from Sarah when I had a small problem with the hoses. She sorted it out promptly. Thank you Sarah. I live in a very hard water area and the very easy to install filter certainly makes all the difference to the quality of the drinking water and also helps reduce the amount of limescale in the kettle. I'm very happy with this filter in use and there is no noticeable difference in water pressure from the tap.

Excellent customer service.
First, the system is easy to install and the water has zero flavor, that’s a good thing. We changed filter when the water developed a taste, about 16 months after installing. When filter is at max, it shuts off, that’s your cue to change it. Recently the second filter gave us a full stop after only a few months. I reached out to Waterdrop and Karina was very helpful, with suggestions what could cause it. We changed filter, no change, we disconnected it and cold water ran thru the faucet so we knew it wasn’t the filter nor the faucet. We think the braided line could be a problem. Karina sent a replacement unit. She went above and beyond. Thanks Waterdrop. I will recommend 5 stars.
