6 String Acoustic Guitar Bone Bridge Saddle and Nut Real Bone Parts for Acoustic Guitar Replacement

Saddle has a nice and snug fit although the bottom was slightly curved and needed sand paper to level it. (220 grit) Really glad I checked it on a glass table top. It had a slight rock left to right length wise and a tiny bit too tall.

Excellent product. I put these on an older but higher quality laminate back and sides dreadnought guitar along with bone bridge pins. The improvement in tone quality and volume was remarkable. The fit of the nut and saddle was perfect. As expected, both were a little tall and needed some MINOR filing, including slot filing on the nut. Nuts and saddles are ALWAYS custom fit for an individual guitar. Regardless on these being very affordable, they are an excellent product and I will be purchasing more for my repair shop!

I bought this as a replacement for an old takamine my mom bought me when I was 14 and it was a big improvement to the old original one. The quality is too notch and my guitar definitely sounds a lot better. It’s a super white saddle and nut so if you’re looking for something a little off white don’t buy this. With a little modification which is expected it fit perfectly. Definitely a good replacement for the money.

One of the easiest installs that I ever done! I was able to install the bone string nut without modification in about 5 minutes. The old string nut was not super glued in. You must be very careful on inexpensive guitars as a lot of companies super glue their string nuts in, and removal of the string nut can chip the fret board or the wood on the back of the string nut. This one, was "really" easy I just need to file down the bone bridge saddle like less than half to get the string height down a bit. One of the best purchases ever for an upgrade. I also added another two pictures showing the original bridge saddle that was cut by the strings of the guitar, and then the newly installed bone saddle that is way more strong than plastic. A really old tip to pass to others from a old Luther. Use Elmer's White Glue to secure the nut, as that is a non-destructive glue.
