is this in plastic or glass bottle?

It's in a plastic bottle. Very disappointed with the quality. Smelled nothing like vanilla. Sorry I bought it.

Is listed as an ingredient but no % is given.

Shelf life once opened?

I don't know. It's a tiny bottle that gets used up quickly.

Does this taste or smell like vanilla?

The extract smells and tastes like it should.. like real vanilla. The vanilla "Flavor" doesn't really taste like much.
