Q: Did anybody get their's on time? Ours is 2 day's late aready and have not received. 😞

You will receive batteries that read G3 and they will last less than 60 min. They have doing that knowingly. I bought from Amazon (not Amazon's fault) and directly from them, have a couple of friends and I HAVE NOT seen a battery that reads G4. They sell PRO Batteries -separately- that cost 59 dollars EACH that they say last 150 min. Batteries that are supposed to come with the device in the first place. You can read further here in amazon about the problem in some reviews. There is even a video.

Q: Is the red product the generation 4?

The Theragun PRO I bought specifically said "Theragun PRO - All-New 4th Generation Percussive Therapy Deep Tissue Muscle Treatment Massage Gun" on the Amazon page. This red model does not specifically say that, and doesn't indicate it in the description, so I would look for one that says 4th generation to make sure.

Q: I can't get the batteries to charge after a month of using the theragun pro. is this a common occurrence?

My Batteries are working fine. I do charge them every few days.
