Tasty and convenient
These are a convenient and tasty snack to help hit your fibre goals. They are vegan and not too many calories either. All of the flavours taste good and they aren't over sweet or at all dry

A GREAT SOURCE OF FIBRE, AND DELICIOUS TOO
I've bought these for several months now, from different sources. I'm very pleased to see that Amazon do them on subscription and cheaper than elsewhere. My favourite flavour is the peanut butter, as the other varieties are rather too sweet for my taste. I have one first thing in the morning as part of my breakfast, and it's a good start for my store of fibre for the day. 30 grams of fibre per day is the ideal, and these lovely bars provide about 10 grams each, meaning that I've had a third of the day's fibre. These yummy bars don't give me licence to eat naughty snacks, and are designed to be part of a healthy diet. I'm definitely a gut stuff convert.
