BOJACK Ceramic Cement Resistor 10W 10 ohm Resistance 5% Ceramic Wire Wound Resistors（Pack of 5）

I wanted to test a relay circuit which supplies about 27 v ac across the 10 ohm resistor which this is. The impedance in the source drops the voltage across the resistor to about 13.2 volts. That means the resistor was absorbing about 17.5 watts of energy ( 13.2 x 13.2 / 10) and being a 10 watt rated resistor it got really hot . That was exactly what I was looking for anyway. Successful test

Good resistors, had to extend leads a bit. Well with resistive range.

Buy this. Don't trust anyone else. This is the safe way to clear your vehicle of residual wattage once the battery is disconnected.
