Lock & Lock Airtight Food Storage Container with Lid, 11 Cup

Nice and airtight. We live in a more humid area so these work great to keep the sugar from getting lumps and keeps dry goods protected from spoiling.

I gave these to my granddaughter for her kitchen. We bake together so she knows Lock & Lock is an excellent product. I have a variety of sizes including the huge ones for flours and sugar because I bake so much. I have used Lock &Lock for about 20 years. They are my favorite containers to keep my food fresh and safe. All of my containers are still in excellent shape and the hinged clasps are still perfect. They don’t pick up odors. If I want to keep it fresh and safe it goes in a Lock & Lock. Other products have hinges that crack and break, but Lock & Lock lasts. I haven’t had a broken hinge yet. My granddaughter loved this gift because she also knows Lock & Lock is a quality product. She plans to buy more and I promised she will inherit mine because they still will be in perfect shape.

Great product big enough for more than a 18 ct boiled eggs for pickling

I've been using this container for a long time now and it's been great. The best part is the seal - it’s 100% airtight and leak-proof. I feel completely confident tossing it in my bag without worrying about any spills. One thing to note: if you eat directly out of the container with metal utensils, you'll start to see small scratches at the bottom over time. Aside from that, it’s a high-quality, reliable container that I highly recommend.

It is a decent container; however, I question the size accuracy. I don't believe that it could 88oz of either liquid or dry matter. I only got just about 70oz of liquid, and I couldn't fit in 77oz of powder into it either. I kept it just because it is well made and I sure I might find a use for it. Price was average maybe a bit much considering that it is smaller than stated.

Lock & lock containers are awesome! I have been using them for over 15 years now. They really do help food stay fresh longer. This size is very handy for cheeses and deli meats, as well as mushrooms, cherries, etc. We use lock & lock for fruits and vegetables we grow to hold them in the fridge for a day or so until we have enough to can, freeze or dehydrate. So much more economical in the long run than plastic bags and more economical friendly because you use them over and over. They stack neatly in the fridge or pantry so you can tell what you have and find it easily. Keeps cookies, crackers and snacks fresh. Thousands of uses, and you can get them in almost any size imaginable. We prefer the rectangular and square ones to the round ones because they stack more efficiently. Hand wash or put in the dishwasher as you wish and they clean up easily. Best not to microwave things like curries or tomato based dishes in them because these foods tend to discolor or stain almost any type of plastic, even durable lock & locks. They also work great in the freezer.

I use Lock & Lock containers on the boat for food storage. These keep the moisture out, stack well in the cabinet, and are easy to clean. They are sturdy and are holding up to daily opening/closing.

I have used Lock & Lock containers for many years. I had no idea that I would find this size and shape on Amazon. I needed this specific size to hold muffins that I make all the time. The Lock & Lock seals perfectly, opens and closes easily, and is easy to wash in the dishwasher--I default to the top rack if I can. It's BPA free and safe to use. Lock & Lock is sturdy, strong, and reliable. In over 20 years, I had only one lid that the lock part on the lid cracked, but I'm still using the item. I got 2 of these new containers and I look forward to the availability that is on Amazon whenever I need another shape or size. This is an excellent storage product. Definitely my favorite!

Ottima la forma del contenitore nonchè la facilità sia di chiusura che di apertura e quindi di conseguenza la sua tenuta. Grazie al loro sistema a tenuta stagna, questi contenitori sono davvero idonei per mille e più usi in cucina consentendo così di non sprecare né cibo né spazio, risparmiando denaro prezioso. Lavabili in lavastoviglie ed utilizzabili in freezer e forno a microonde, questi contenitori preservano il cibo sigillandone la freschezza e permettendo di conservarlo più a lungo. Il loro design è studiato appositamente per far in modo che i contenitori si possano facilmente sovrapporre e riporre comodamente in dispensa, in frigorifero e in freezer, risparmiando così spazio utile dando quel rilassante senso dell'ordine da spot televisivi, per intenderci. Consigliatissimi!

Ho acquistato diversi prodotti di questa linea soprattutto per il trasporto dei cibi pronti. Sono perfettamente ermetici e resistenti. Non assorbono odori e non si macchiano. Per ora non li ho ancora utilizzati nel microonde perchè temo possano rovinarsi.

Muy buen producto. Es de buen plástico, número 5, es decir, seguro para uso alimentario. Cierra perfectamente de forma hermética. Compraré más seguro.

I've had a few Lock n Lock boxes and they've all lasted very well. Even the one I have which is made from compostable material has been a trooper, surviving all kinds of knocks, drops and microwave blasts. This is very well made and solid as expected, with a great seal. I bought it knowing it probably wouldn't fit slightly wider bread slices but I didn't want to go for a bigger box as I don't have much space in my bag. So I do have to crush the sandwich in slightly, but the depth is absolutely perfect, even with some generous fillings! I'd say I'm happy overall and would recommend. Just be prepared for some slight squashing if you're using any bread not completely square.
