This filter is great!
We have well water which is great but still like to filter out the high iron we have in the water and this works great!

Water tastes good.
I think this filter yields better tasting water than Brita or Pur. The design is a little different from other pitchers and takes a little getting used to when you pour. It's not a big deal though. On another note, I really like their filtration system that attaches to the faucet. The water tastes great. Admittedly, the large filter has a large upfront cost however, it's more cost effective in the long run because you only replace it once a year.

Overall it's great, and gets the job done
I bought this product because of it's eco-friendly approach. Overall it's great, and gets the job done. However, when first using it a grayish residue was deposited. Most of it dissipated after a while, but some was left sitting at the bottom of the container. In addition, I had some difficulty setting up the digital indicator, which had no instructions provided on how to set it up. Aside from that, it's great and managed to completely filter out the overbearing chlorine taste in my water.

Nice design and easier to use and taste better than Brita. It also filters out more contaminants and filter last twice as long.

Yayy Barrier
Have had this pitcher for several years. After shoulder surgery, I picked it up - FULL - to move and dropped it. Just today I realized why the water had a slightly chlorine taste and noticed all the fine cracks [caused by the drop] ... no wonder! This is a great pitcher. i have ordered the slightly smaller one, which won't be as heavy when full! The water tastes like the water I grew up on ... well water, clean and fresh. The only suggestion I have is that it would be greatly improved if they could figure out a way to hold back the water from the top, so you can pour while filtering.This picture ROCKS.
