In a Few Words - Life Changing for Endo - Mega Flow Cycle!
In a Few Words - Life Changing for Endo - Mega Flow Cycle! This is an amazing cup (my first time using menstrual cups). I bought the dual set of Large and Small. I used only the large cup so far. I absolutely love it and love the customer service that the company gives. First of all, the company is so attentive, kind and very professional. The customer service alone wins you over. They are really interested in their customers. They gave excellent follow up to my questions as well as they stand behind their product. In this day and age of unscrupulous companies and tactics, you can't get any better than that with customer satisfaction. Second, the cup is the exact firmness that I needed since I have never had children, I have very strong pelvic floor muscles, I'm in my late 40's and of the two sizes the large was best for me since I have not a heavy but mega flow (I have Endometriosis which can cause heavy bleeding). Incidentally, even though I have the Mega flow, the cup seems to have shorten my cycle this month. It didn’t control the flow, but I went from 7 days to a 5 day cycle. Anyway, the learning curve for me was only about three insertions. The first time, I left the stem on and the cup was uncomfortable. The second time, I cut half the stem off and the cup was still uncomfortable for me. By the third time I inserted the cup and completely cut off the stem (Tip - make sure not to cut the stem too low so that you don't cut into the actual cup) it was perfection! As long as I was sure to insert the cup and push it up as far as it would go for me, I was comfortable. My cup sits low in the vagina; however, if I left it too low I could feel the grip rings. So, I always pushed the cup up farther until I could not really feel the grip rings, and it was mind blowing ease and comfort when it was placed right. I used the punch down fold and it worked every time with that particular fold. I once tried the 7 fold, and it simply didn't work for me. Since I have a mega flow, the first 2 days I had to change my cup every 2hrs 40 minutes (yes, I was in the house on those days, so I did time it exactly). I probably could have gotten 20 more minutes of time from the cup since it was only filled below the air holes. So, I will say, moving forward I need to change every 3 hours on my 2 heaviest days. This was better for me since normally I would use 2 overnight pads at the same time and change them every 1.5 hrs on my first 2 days. How many leaks did I have? I had NONE when I used the punch down fold. How is that possible with the Mega flow? It's because the cup is so well made and the firmness makes the cup pop open every single time. The only time I did have a leak is when I tried the 7 fold. It is not the fold for me; it made insertion difficult and I could feel the cup not opening completely. Also, I don’t believe that my cup created the seal, at least not most of the time. I say this because removal was a breeze. It was just as easy for me to remove as to insert. With that being said, for me whether the cup sealed or not, the cup worked for me every time without leaks (Also being a first time menstrual cup user, I paired it with a pad/panty liner). After my first day using the cup, I decided to try water based KY jelly for insertion and it worked even better. I actually got so comfortable using this cup that I was able to change it in a public restroom on my 3 day without one problem. I had everything with me, small water bottle, wet paper towel and non-latex gloves (Incidentally, I always use gloves when inserting and removing to prevent blood on my hands and to minimize chances of any kind of infection or bacteria on my bare hand even though I wash them first). If there was one thing I would like is, I wish I could get 4 hours out of the cup, because I have an event I attend weekly and need that time to be worry free until I get home. So, I guess if LENA had the Mega Flow cup (maybe 40 ml of capacity) it would make my cycle almost forgettable. All in all, the LENA cup is one of the best things I’ve ever done for my period.

Great experience--first time cup user!
After A LOT of research and mulling over the idea of switching to a menstrual cup, I took the plunge and this was my first time using the menstrual cup. It has been great experience overall. I got this two pack, because it was a good deal, and while I felt like the smaller one would probably fit fine, I also get very heavy periods sometimes, so wasn't sure if I should get the larger, so I got both! When the Lena box arrived, it was dirty and had obvious marks that looked like it was slid on the floor of the Amazon warehouse (probably some very immature warehouse employee), but I was not discouraged. I emptied out the contents of the box, threw the box in the recycling bin, then washed my hands and was very excited to learn about this new mini adventure in my period care. The cups came with the cutest little cloth bags to store them and very detailed instructions for use and care. I started on the small and used it throughout my last cycle, without switching to the large. Apparently I have "strong pelvic floor muscles", like the website says, because I am over 30, but the small is a very snug fit. That said, it is completely comfortable to wear and even if the tip of the stem sticks out a little bit, I don't notice it at all and most of the time, I don't feel like I'm wearing anything. Most days I only changed it/washed it out every 12 hours, and had no leakage. On one of my heaviest days I did need to empty it/wash it mid day, and a couple times I did spot/leak a bit, but it was no prob as I was wearing my trusty Lunapad (can't recommend those enough!). The downsides: (1) if you have long nails, you have to be careful not to poke yourself during removal; (2) it can feel super awkward during insertion/removal so you have to get used to that and comfortable with the process; (3) you have to get used to washing out the contents [as someone who hates the sight of blood, I actually got used to it very quickly, no big deal]. I have used tampons for over 15 years and I have to say that I am not going back to tampons. Overall, this was so much more convenient and just felt cleaner than tampons. Change/wash it in the morning at home, then again in the shower at night. No more needing to make sure I have tampons with me all day, multiple extra trips to the bathroom, having the annoying tampon string, etc. The "downsides" are so worth the upsides. Tips: (1) I have read that some women have issues with menstrual cups becoming discolored or not looking fully clean. I have only washed mine in warm/hot water, and it cleans completely. (2) If you are a woman who does kegels and has not had children [like me] I would guess you will likely fit with the smaller size better. (3) If you have very long nails and the cup is a snug fit, it might be hard to remove, and I might suggest finding a menstrual cup with a ring stem. But it is so worth finding one that works for you!

Fantastic Cup!
Ok so I purchased this cup set earlier this month, but decided to wait till my next period to do a review on it. First off, I ordered the set with both sizes, just because the price was great and I wanted to see which size would be best for me. After watching a few videos on Youtube and doing extensive research, I can tell you that whether or not you've had a child doesn't really determine what size you should wear. It all depends on how your cervix sits, how your vaginal canal is shaped, how tight or loose the muscles are, etc etc. It is best NOT to do a "dry run" with menstrual cups, because how it sits when you're not on your period, may not be how it sits when you're actually on your period. Some women have higher cervices, but when they're menstruating, it may drop a little, or significantly, so it's best to only use it once that time comes. I found that my cup sits rather low, so I ended up completely cutting the stem off. Luckily it has excellent grips on the bottom of the cup, so removing it still shouldn't be an issue. If your cup sits higher in your canal (you will determine this by seeing how high or low it's sitting once the seal is created. Mine happens to seal rather low, but high enough that it's not sticking out or feeling uncomfortable), you may want to keep some or all of the stem. If it sits lower to where the stem protrudes a bit, then you will need to cut and adjust to your needs. I ended up needing to remove mine but first I waited until I was more comfortable with removing and inserting it. For me, the punchdown fold worked best. I attempted the "U" or "C" fold and that one just wasn't happening. There are many other kinds of folds you can try as well, look them up on Youtube. Anyway, so far my experience with the cup has been a great one. There is generally a learning curve, but I seem to have caught on after the second try. In fact, the very first time I inserted it, it sealed perfectly, but I removed it to adjust the stem. The second time I put it back, at first it was sitting strangely because I hadn't put it in far enough. But as I pushed it back just a centimeter further, I could feel the suction it created, and that I had a solid insertion. When it's inserted correctly, you shouldn't be able to feel it at all, it's as if nothing is there. The cool thing is all the natural moisture you have down there is retained, and not drying you out like tampons do. I also loved that once it was time for me to remove, wash and reinsert, there was NO odor from the blood at all! Tampons and pads usually have an odor of some sort; it's actually the pads and tampons that cause the odor, not the blood itself, as it turns out. These cups easily can hold twice or even thrice the amount of liquid than a single super size tampon can absorb (I filled the cup with liquid and then poured it over one of my tampons. It was soaked before I'd even poured half the cup). It's incredible. So far, I've been able to wear it for the full 12 hours, but that's only because this is only the second day of my "out week" with my Nuvaring, so the bleeding is starting out light. As it gets heavier, we will see what happens. Just for reference, I am also a mother of an 11 and a half year old. The small fit me perfectly. I don't really believe that the larger one would fit, but then again, the vagina is capable of fitting all kinds of things in it (and among other things a whole baby human can come out of it if you decide to have a child or children). Since it's been nearly 12 years since I've had a child, that could also have something to do with why the large one can't fit so far. It's had plenty of time to tighten up down there. Other than a couple penises here and there, nothing else has really been in there since lol. I'm still glad I bought both, because it would have been disappointing to only buy the large one and find out it wouldn't fit; and due to the nature of this item, it's not returnable. You save more money by just getting the double pack anyway. Some women are able to use both and utilize the larger one on heavier days, and the smaller one on lighter days so it really varies person to person. Also, this device really requires that you are willing to get very up close and personal with your lady parts. If the sound of that makes you uncomfortable or "squeamish", this might not be for you. You'll also have to see your blood in a cup every time you remove it to empty it. Again, not for the faint of heart. To me, it's not a problem; it's MY vagina and MY blood, so it doesn't bother me, but that isn't the case for all women, so really put some thought into that before deciding to get one and use it. On the flip side, if you DO decide to embark on this life-changing journey, you are going to save SO much money on tampons, pads, pantie liners, and any other disposable sanitary items once you really get it down. It came very natural to me mainly because I did so much research beforehand just to get an idea on what to expect. I also recommend using just a LITTLE bit of water-based lubricant when inserting these cups. A mistake some people make is inserting it as is, which makes it uncomfortable, and then they give up. Definitely fold it into the position of your choice, and then lube it up a little; it makes it so much easier. It will not make the cup slide around or make it too slippery to insert as long as you don't put too much. ( I know the saying is "you can never have too much lube, but in this context, a little goes a longer way; this isn't anal sex we're talking about here). As for pads and tampons, forget it. You couldn't PAY me to use another one. One box would last you several years since again, it's not a tampon or pad that you need to change every couple hours. And just a word to the wise: Even if you find that the LENA specifically isn't for you, shop around and try different cups! This one not working for you doesn't mean a different one with a different shape won't work. Some cups are too soft if your walls are very tight, so it may mean you need a harder cup so that it doesn't collapse while in your vagina, since that will lead to leaks, which would defeat the whole purpose of no longer needing pads. If your muscles are average to higher strength, this cup will probably work for you. If you have much weaker vaginal walls, this cup may not work for you, but again, a different one might. Removal of the cup was very easy. You just push down much in the same way you would if you were having a baby, OR much in the same way that you might if you were pooping (since the urge to "push" during child birth is basically the feeling of needing to take a REALLY massive poo; you are pretty much using the same muscles indirectly), and as you feel it coming down, just use your thumb and index finger to grip the cup, slightly press as you grab in order to break the suction, you'll hear a slight sucky "pop" sound which lets you know the suction released. Be sure to keep the cup upright as you remove it, otherwise you'll have a spill, which you definitely don't want, especially not on your clothes if you are in a public place and won't be home for while. Also, if you have a heavy flow but find that you can only use the smaller one, do not panic; it only means that you will need to empty it a little more often. It can be worn "UP TO" 12 hours, which means if you can only wear it 8 hours, then empty it after 8 hours. 10 hours, same. 6 hours, same. You will need to experiment and see how long you can wear it before needing to empty it, the first few times you use it. You'll also start to learn how much you tend to bleed since the cup is catching the blood rather than absorbing it. The other cool thing about the cup is if you have a blood clot that comes out, the cup will also catch that too. With tampons and pads, it just sits on top, so then it leaks down the side, which is why you sometimes have leaks with tampons shortly after inserting them. With cups, this problem is eliminated since the suction prevents anything leaking from the side, unless you are leaving it in way too long for your particular flow. A channel that I HIGHLY recommend is Precious Stars Pads. She is fantastic and VERY knowledgeable about the many different menstrual cups out there. I don't think she's ever reviewed the LENA specifically, but I saw one that looks VERY similar (pink, bell-shaped) in her collection. But she's VERY knowledgeable about the female anatomy and is so straight-forward and says it like it is. Excellent. I can't recommend her enough. She's also very knowledgeable about the feel and material of different cups, which cups may be a bit brutal for a first time cup user, and which ones are "first timer"-friendly, etc etc. You'll be hooked on her channel. She also reviews reusable pads and pantie liners as well (those can also be an option for you if you find that the cup is not for you, but you still want to take the environmentally friendly route, OR if you want to go back and forth between the cup and the pads). Anyway, I hope the LENA is as good to you as it's been to me. I absolutely love the cup and can't wait to try other cups just to have choices! PS. Sleeping in this cup was also amazing. No leaking, no waking up in the middle of the night to change anything. It was great to sleep all the way through for the first time.

Beginner to the Menstrual Cups
I bought this set because I know my flow varies from heavy to light. I've never been pregnant and I am 27 years old. This is my first menstrual cup and before I would normally use tampons in the day and pads at night. The smaller cup is great for lighter flow days (usually at the beginning or end of my period), and the larger cup is needed for the heavier flows. I mainly use the larger cup. The smaller cup goes in easy and easy to remove because it does have a longer tail. The larger cup can be a little harder to insert, but using a little water (or even warming the cup with the water from a shower) makes it easier. I do have a harder time removing the larger cup because my cervix is higher during my period, and the larger cup has a smaller tail so I have to go "digging" for the tail. I also have "push" to get the cup down enough to remove it. It is a lot easier to remove the larger cup if my flow is really heavy or having the cup in for as long as possible (basically the cup fills with blood and kinda naturally starts to slide down). My major problem with the larger cup is that sometimes it goes in wrong and the seal is not correct so blood will leak out. The reason why it might not seal right could be my own error (sometimes I'm kinda lazy about it), or the fact that my cervix is higher and the larger cup is very wide and stout type of cup. Also another warning to newbies for the menstrual cups: if the cup is in and it hurts, like you are cramping really bad, then you need to remove the cup and try again. Be patient when you start Overall I really love my menstrual cup. It's nice to not have to worry about needing pads or tampons. If the cup is in correct I forget that it's in there and it lasts for hours. For a beginner this is a great cup because the cups themselves have nice ridges on the bottom, and the tails are easy to grab. Also now I'm more aware about my body and it's needs, and I was able to learn that from this set. I probably will try different cups at a later time, but for now I recommend this product for anyone new to the cups. If you know your cervix rides lower and you have a heavy flow, then the larger cup will probably be perfect for you.

Lena is a great alternative to pads and tampons if you are comfortable with your body (and might be fracking magic)
As this was my first menstrual cup I waited a couple months to write this review to give a more accurate picture. TLDR: Lena is a great alternative to pads and tampons if you are comfortable with your body. For new cup users, be patient, it takes time to learn how to use a cup correctly. Long review: Not to get too graphic but I can equate my period to shark week or the red wedding (for your GOT fans) for a number of reasons. Because of this I was looking for an alternative to traditional pads and tampons. Between comfort, cost (roughly $12 per period for tampons and pads), and sheer horribleness of a period I wanted an alternative. I remembered years back (when I was younger and slightly more stupid) a friend mentioned a menstrual cup. I also remember the horrified look I gave her as she described it to me. Only after years of suffering, learning how to get blood out of just about everything, trying washable pads, and hearing my husband drop strategically placed hints (thank Reddit for his contribution) I decided to do some research. After numerous blog reviews, amazon reviews, reddit reviews, and more, I was overwhelmed. At one point I burst out laughing when one cup (not Lena) claimed it “reduced menstrual flow” (are these things fracking magic?). Overall Lena seemed to get good reviews, customers raved about the customer service, size choice, and for some reason the phrase “medical grade” silicone seemed to put my brain at ease. Keep in mind I still remained highly skeptical, after all, if these things are so amazing why haven’t I heard of them more often? Ordering: I ordered the two cup pack as I wasn’t sure what size I would prefer, I’d never used one of these things before but it suggested a large cup for “heavy” flow. The cups came in the mail fairly quickly. The packaged was pretty cute (like that really matters in the long run). I appreciated the “have a better period” phrase instead of the “have a great period” nonsense you read on tampon boxes (seriously, frack you tampon marketing departments). My first impression when pulling these out: “I’m supposed to stick this where???” While the dimensions were clearly listed on amazon I guess it hadn’t really hit home how big these would be (I mean I have adult toys smaller than these). But keep in mind that the Lena small is actually one of the smaller cups available to women. I’ll admit that as a person who rarely shoves objects up their lady parts I was a bit daunted. I read all the instructions carefully, even googled a couple methods and prepared myself to give the smaller cup a try. I was starting to spot and wanted to figure it out before the real deal. Comfort: I can honestly say that my first couple experiences were not pleasant, mainly because it took me a while to figure out how to insert and position the cup correctly. I’m not a virgin, never given birth before, but again I’m pretty new to the idea. The main thing I learned: if you feel uncomfortable, if you feel muscle spasms, if you feel like you can’t pee, if you feel anything other than nothing or close to nothing – take it out and try again… Seriously it’s not worth the “is it suppose to feel this awful???”, be patient, like everything it takes practice and confidence, and sometimes shorter nails. I choose to keep the stem on for the first couple of tries to help position and pull it out (and for the love of god make sure you break the seal before pulling it out). I found the steam to be uncomfortable, kinda like a dry tampon string. As I became more confident I’ve now trimmed the stem down to a small nub which has infinitely increased the comfortability. Leakage: As for periods, I generally get some leakage if I don’t use the cup back to back. I had leakage if I wore the small cup over night (I generally get up and change pads/tampons during night time) without emptying it. For some reason I found the cup begins to leak when it’s 2/3 full. During my heavier days I found myself rinsing the small cup every 4 hours or so to prevent leakage. I believe if I wore the larger cup I would be able to wear it longer with fewer leaks. But wearing a washable pad, panty liner, or period panty seemed to eliminate my worries with the smaller cup (sweet blessed freedom of not running to the bathroom every 2 hours to make sure I hadn’t bleed through my overnight pad and tampon). Overall this was a huge step up from pads and tampons. And surprisingly enough I have found my flow and cramps drastically decrease when I use the cup (IS THIS THING FRACKING MAGIC???). I’m not saying this will happen for you, my experience could be for an unrelated reason, or simply altered perception. Cleaning: I’ve never tried to deal with this in a public restroom, and I’m going to avoid ever doing so if I can. I have adult toy cleaner that I use during shark week and I boil it in a cup of water in the microwave at the end of a cycle. Seriously it’s insanely easy to deal with. The best thing? You don’t get the “battle field smell” (or what I assume a battlefield would smell like after a blood bath) that I normally associate with my period. Looking over the other reviews. I’ve never tried yoga during my period so I can’t really speak to the debate of wearing this during yoga, except to ask who does yoga on their period? I’m normally curled around a heating pad in the fetal position praying for a quick death. Comfort and leaking, again it takes time to learn how to position the cup correctly. Even times when I thought I had the technique down I would have a set back. As for the “ew” factor, as one commercial famously said “periods don’t have glitter”. I’ve had to cleaned blood out of underwear, pants, showers, floors, bathroom rugs, walls, cars, office chairs (you name it and I’ve probably been scrubbing blood out of it at some point). This is by far one of the few things that has made my period better. So unless your periods involve rainbows you’ll have to get over the blood because this is your life for the next 20-30 years…

My Goldilocks!
I am so happy I bought these. I originally started with the regular Lena cups back in 2017 or so and could not get used to opening them so I would leak ALL the time. It was annoying. I eventually moved unto the merula xl, and although it was great, capacity wise, it hurt a lot. After a couple of years of using the merula, I decided to try lena again, but this time with the sensitive version and what a difference! It pops open easily and does not hurt at all. Has pretty good capacity, although with my amount of bleeding, I do change it about 5-6 hours into my work shift for the first 2-3 days of my heavy bleeding, but I’ve made that easy for myself by going with baby wipes in the bathroom. So yeah it has made my period somehow enjoyable haha. I also don’t know if this has contributed to it, but since getting the cup, I have not had terrible cramps anymore. In fact my last period I had no cramps at all. Was awesome!

A lot of positives, but not the cup for me!
I don’t normally review products, but since I’m new to the menstrual cup movement, I wanted to give my feedback for other ladies who might be looking for insight. This was my first attempt with a menstrual cup. I chose this product because I wasn’t certain of my size and I could get a small and large to experiment with for a reasonable price. First, what I liked: 1. The packaging and instructions were well done and clear. 2. The cup itself is soft, flexible, yet still has good rebound when inserting. 3. It was easy (after a few tries...remember FIRST time user) to insert. At first didn’t get it in high enough, but again after a couple tries, I got it seated well. 4. Comfortable to wear. 5. Didn’t leak. Even wore it overnight without leaking. BUT what I didn’t like: Really only one issue...getting it OUT! Basically, my vagina ate both of them! My first attempt was with the small size. I barely could see the stem of the small and had to work it back and forth to get it out. It was very nerve-wracking! So I tried the large thinking that it would be longer and larger and easier to find. Put it in overnight and the next morning I couldn’t see it or feel it! 😳 I had to dig around for it (had to trim my fingernails to do this comfortably). Finally, got ahold of the stem (which is shorter than the small size stem, despite the larger size of the cup!) and worked it loose. It was even more nerve-wracking than trying to get the small out -probably because it had a tighter seal in my vagina. I wrote the company and they made several suggestions. One of which was that part of the problem was trying to remove it too soon after getting up because it would work it’s way down after moving around some. So I tried again for 1/2 a day and a bedtime went to empty it and once again it had gotten sucked up inside me and I had to go exploring. Finally got it out, but it was messy and stressful. After doing research (I found “putacupinit.com” extremely helpful with reviews and even a quiz), I believe that my cervix sits very high and so this cup would be fine if it was average or low. However, I’m going to try next cycle with a longer cup that will hopefully not disappear on me!

Great!
As a first time cup user I did a lot of research before purchasing and this seemed to be a good match for beginners. I must say that I am so glad I chose this one because having two cups is much more convenient than only one. I definitely feel much more in tune with my period now that I can actually see how heavy or light it is and use the cups accordingly. I've also noticed less cramps during my period. One of my biggest concerns when starting out was how to properly wash/sanitize the cups. I've read tons of reviews on this subject and found a process that works for me. I sanitize the cups with a femine wash, then soak them in boiling water until all residue from the wash has been removed. I did not have a spare pot to dedicate to boiling my cups, so I purchased a collapsible silicon cup for placing the Lena cups in with boiling water. The only thing I disliked about this product is the smaller cup is a little too tough compared to the larger cup. I find that I have a harder time inserting the small cup because the silicon is so thick my fold doesn't hold during the insertion process. However, my period tends to be heavy for most of the days, so I primarily use the larger cup. If you're still debating on weather or not to switch to the cup, do it. There's so many positives to using the cup and it really is a life changer. I feel so much more free to do stuff while using the cup than I did with tampons and pads. And I honestly forget I'm on my period with the cup since you can leave it in for 12hrs at a time. Don't be discouraged if you don't get the hang of it right away, it wasn't until my 3rd cycle that I felt confident with the whole process, and now my cup is my best friend. I absolutely love my Lena!

Wonderful menstrual cup and even better customer service!
I decided to make the switch to menstrual cups and was drawn to Lena's attitude towards sizing. Rather than having a small size for younger (under 30) or prepartum women and a large size for older (over 30) or postpartum women, they simply advertise their cups for lighter and heavier flows, both of which most women encounter during their period. I, therefore, decided to order the two size pack. While the smaller size was perfect, the larger size (which I preferred to wear on heavier days) was uncomfortable to remove. I contacted their customer services team who encouraged me to try their larger sensitive model free of cost and it was a perfect match (albeit less quick to insert due to its lack of rigidity)! The Lena team was extremely helpful and followed up on my experience with the large sensitive cup, which is my go to from the start to the end of my period. Switching to a menstrual cup has been life changing and I was fortunate enough to find a perfect match in the Lena cup! A message to other menstrual cup companies: Please don't make me dread my 30th birthday and the unexplainable, seemingly overnight enlargement my lady parts.

Wonderful!!
When both came I was expecting to use the smaller one but ended up more comfortable in the bigger one (I’m 18 with a moderate to heavy flow). I’ve now used it for 2 full cycles and am sold! I love being able to keep them in for 12 hours on my lighter days and not worry. At night they leaked in the beginning so I cut off the stem and no more leaks!! Absoloutely amazing and such a game changer. My cramps have become less and i really enjoy not making so much waste!

hi y’all. so i’m 15 and i bought this multi pack of cups, i’m a first time user. quality: the quality is amazing and it feels like it won’t break (when you squish it in your hand). i love the two pack because i can use both sizes (also being a virgin). when inserting the cup, do watch a video as to the types of folds (i suggest punch down fold). if the cup hurts whilst inside of you, try reinserting and contact customer services (they respond fast). they’re easy to clean and id recommend lunette cleanser and wipes. after and before your cycle, sterilise your cup in hot water and cup cleanser. this is THE best cup

A must have!
I'm going backpacking for 6 months and I don't have space to bring Tampons and pads so I decided to invest in this and try it out before I hit the road. It's a lil expensive and it takes a bit of getting used to but it's totally worth it. I wish there was a cup with even a bigger capacity than the big cup for when you're on the road and cant find a toilet. I start to overflow at about 6 hours of wearing it when my period starts so I use a liner for the first 3 days or so.

Must buy!!!
Girls - do not hesitate to make this purchase. I was so unsure but thought, what have I got to lose - and ditched tampons for Lena. Well, I honestly think these are a game changer. I’m just gutted I found these so late in life. I’ve always been wary of swimming during my period and have the odd month where tampons last 40 mins which can be embarrassing if you’re out. The confidence I have in this is amazing. They’re slightly more tricky than tampons to insert but only slightly. It’s easy enough to tell that they’re in ok & they’re easy to remove. Word of warning - turn the tap on gently. Or it will splash everywhere. The money saving, the environment saving, the embarrassment saving... so many plusses. I love these. And no, they didn’t reward me for a glowing review or send me free stuff. This is my honest opinion. Go for it ladies!
