Highly recommended.
Amazing! Honesty it's nowhere near the claimed LM count, however it's brighter than your average car headlight, to give you an idea. If you turn it on in a dark room it really is like turning on a light bulb. It has 2 modes, a super bright and a lower setting. It comes with a strap which is really nice. And no batteries.I highly recommend this flashlight. For fun or especially if your work requires you to have a high powered flashlight this is the best. I'd chose it over many much more expensive flood lights.Do get quality batteries. It doesn't drain the batteries super fast but it does out out a lot of power. I've used mine every night, on and off for about an hour, for a week and still good power. Also it's not cheaply made but don't drop it. It feels metal hard that could crack if dropped hard enough.

Fairly poor quality and deceptive advertising
The lumen output is no where near 4200LM stated. Mine was about 800 lumens with the batteries charged to 3.7v and 1200 lumens with the batteries charged to 4.2v. The design is poor, causing the positive terminals of the batteries to scrape along a contact as you screw the flashlight closed. The negative spring contacts in my flashlight were badly plated and when I received the flashlight, the gold coating had flaked off in many areas and the base metal was rusted.

good light - only 2 levels of illumination - bright and not-too-bright
Good bright light with only 2 levels of illumination - bright and not-too-bright. Not likely I would need the strobe.(The strobe can be activated by holding the ON/OFF button for a couple seconds.)ON/OFF switch on the side make it easier to turn on than a tail-piece button. The design of this flashlight is to use 4 batteries in PARALLEL so that the 4 batteries produce 3.7 volts but have a longer run time.As a matter of fact, this light will run on only 1 battery or 2, 3 or all 4 batteries.

Cross Your Fingers when you hit 'ORDER'
Cross your fingers when you order this light. I read all the reviews fist, decided to take a chance that the one i received would be good, and not to my surprise, the thing would not turn on. I ordered pretty decent LG batteries for this too, charged them a good 7 hours until full and I could not get the lights to illuminate. I don't know if the button wasn't working, but i know the batteries were charged and inserted properly. The list price they put that is crossed out is a BOGUS number. there is no way something this cheaply made is listed over a hundred dollars. Not to mention the grammatical errors in the item descriptions are comically terrible!!! This should have been the red flag I needed to save myself time with shipping. Fortunately I can print a return label and send it back. I ended up purchasing a quad led Fenix flashlight and I LOVE it!!!I've decided to stop messing around with junk and order a light that will perform as advertised and last a long time, the Fenix TK75. It's a lot more money, but I look forward to posting a positive review.

I like that it can run off 2
Prolly overstated lumen output but still brighter than my halogen spot light, I like that it can run off 2,3,or 4 batteries. And for a surprisingly long time

Bright Light!
Use this flashlight when doing pre-flight inspections at night. It shines bright though it does consume rechargeable batteries!

It's bright and the price is right
I recently got a SecurityIng 18x LED flashlight (that looks similar to this one) and was extremely disappointed as instead of advertised 5000lm it just matched my "1000 lumen" Duracell flashlight, which has a single LED that looks like Cree XM-L2. The Duracell light was also half the price of that SecurityIng flashlight.Disappointed, I figured I'd give this flashlight a try to see if things were any different. And I'm happy to report that this flashlight is brighter, smaller, lighter and cheaper than the 18 LED version! Beam pattern is also much more useable with a decently bright center spot. This flashlight seems to be double the brightness of my Duracell and somewhat comparable to a 2500lm HID bulb in my car's headlight. I also doubt that this light has real XM-L LEDs as it would be much brighter, but frankly it's definitely good enough for the price!
