I am a very light sleeper, are these good and comfortable to use for that purpose?

Hi there! Ryan from Eargasm here. As others have pointed out, Eargasm Earplugs are not designed to block out all sound. Instead they lower noise levels, while preserving sound clarity. Although our All Ears would likely fit comfortable enough for you to sleep in them, if your goal is to block out as much as possible then our earplugs may not be the best option for you. Foam earplugs will do a much better job of doing that. However, if you're looking to cut down noise levels and still be able to hear your alarm clock in the morning, then our earplugs may be a good solution for you.

What is the difference between these and the eargasm high fidelity earplugs?

Our Eargasm Smaller Ears Earplugs are similar to our High Fidelity Earplugs in that they preserve sound quality while reducing noise levels by up to 21 dB. However, the Smaller Ears Earplugs, as the name suggests, is specifically designed for those with smaller ear canals. If you've found that in-ear earbuds tend to feel large in your ears, then the Smaller Ears Earplugs are probably for you!

Once placed, are attenuation filters permanent? Or can you switch back and forth between sizes?

You can switch back and forth. The procedure is clearly described in the included instructions. The filters are small so they are easy to drop. The plugs are comfortable and attenuate fairly evenly across the frequencies although not perfectly flat they are the best out of three difference brands I have tried.

What is the NRR for the filter included?

Hi Cheri, Ryan from Eargasm here! The NRR is 15 dBs. However, most users can except up to 22 dBs of noise reduction depending on the frequency of the sound and if the earplug is properly fit in the user's ear.
