Not Pure DAP
Update: After contacting the seller, they have quickly worked with me to come to an acceptable solution. The seller was very responsive and helpful. This product is sold as diammonium phosphate with no mention of urea. However the shipped package differs from the description and pictures of the product. Importantly, it contains urea which can react to form ethyl carbamate, a known carcinogen.

Not what's pictured or described properly. it comes in a different bag.
It is "DAP" but it is the kind mixed with an undisclosed amount of "FOOD GRADE UREA" which for me pisses me off because it is not listed in the description. I would have bought another DAP if it would have been listed properly. It is a personal preference of what I put in my Brews. While Urea is a great nitrogen source I would rather not put it in my brews. if they have to disclose this on the labels then it should be on the listings as well. The percentage in the mix would also be nice. Not refund-worthy, but it does mean I have to use it very sparingly and very soon in the brewing process to make sure it is all used up.
