As I write this, I am wearing these socks with my new UA Infilops boots. I have about 3 or 4 pair of Fox River socks (ankle high, or mid calf), they are great socks. What I like most about them is the spandex blend, so they fit nice and snug and they're not "Grabby" in my shoes, so they don't bunch up possibly giving you blisters or the potential to get blisters. They wash beautifully and I've been wearing my other Fox River socks for years now, and they literally don't show any wear. great socks, I highly recommend them, they are on par with Farm to Feet socks as well, roughly about the same in terms of quality, design and wearbility. I have yet to wash these, just got them yesterday and wearing a pair today, but they seem to be not midcalf, they're almost over the calf, so I'm sure they'll shrink maybe 1/4" or so. But if you're wearing a taller boot, not a "hiker" they're perfect. Nice and warm, and not too thick, and you slide in and out of your boots easily because of that.

I was skeptical of these as i have very messed up feet and have a very hard time finding the right boot sock that being said these went above and beyond , my feet were comfortable and dry all day . They feel a bit odd at first not like other socks but once you have them on they are great .

I've been Army for decades. I've had Fox Sox since 2007 when I took an assignment in Special Ops. Of all the cool gear I got there, the fox sox were the most awesome. Those previous sox were perfect, always staying up, reducing friction on long road marches, and wicking away moisture. I even started wearing them for longer weekend runs, as I couldn't find white socks that were their equal. I bought these socks to replace that previous generation of fox sox (I still have three pairs left from 2007). These socks are already proving as capable and reliable as the previous generation of fox sox. Well done! Perfect!
