Factory OE filter!
This is the factory "OE" that fits the Mazda RX8 and many other Mazda vehicles. It is not necessarily that much cheaper to get it from Amazon than the dealer..but if you have Prime you will certainly get super fast. People get into holy wars of arguments about which oil filters are the best. Should you go with the cheapest FRAM filter from Walmart or Mazda factory "OE" one? Well, it is a matter of personal choice. But if you are really curious about which one works best do the following: -Use the factory filter during one oil change interval. At the end of the interval, take a sample and send it to an oil analysis lab. There are options out there, look it up online. -Use an aftermarket cheaper filter and do the same. Then compare the data analysis from the oil lab for both samples, see which sample has the most contaminants and judge from there. Based on multiple lab tests that I've seen, I'll always go factory OE all the time. Regardless...change the oil at the right intervals is probably more important than the actual filter lol
