I'm usually a sm/med size, but based on the reviews I ordered a large. The large fits just right except for the thumb is a tiny bit long. (my circumferance is 8" around the knuckles and 7" from base of palm to tip of middle finger) I used the gloves to go the gym during the inital days of COVID-19 when things were still open. They we strudy enough for weight lifting and easy to clean due to the flat nitrile lined surface. They are not touch screen compatible so either you need to take off your gloves to use your phone or you can get by using parts of your knuckle where is no nitrile lining. I continued to use these regularly when I had to go out during the COVID-19 pandemic....beats wasting disposable nitrile gloves.
