What is the difference between the dry and the wet cloths? I'm thinking about switching over to this product.

I use the dry cloths on my ceramic tile and tile floors in my bathrooms to gather any hair, lint and dust without dragging out the vacuum. I use the wet cloths for a quick cleaning instead of the mop plus you can turn them over and use both sides. Hope this helps you.

I have a stiffer that is 16.5 in wide do they make a wet cloth that will fit that? why would they sell a handle that didn't fit the wet product?

Sorry, I only know of the 10 in. x 8 in. These fit the Swiffer duster

Can they be washed and reused?

No. They are definitely one use only. Unfortunately.

Do these refills easily stick tot he bottom of my old swiffer mop?

Yes. They have to be tucked into the mop base slots but they are generous in size. I have had a stroke and only good fine motor skills in one hand and I have no problems.
