Great fit the pickup tube took a little pressure to get right but I'm guessing that's normal

Will upload pictures later. Everything fit perfectly, nothing was bent or warped. Looks really good on my 4.8 engine. Was surprised when it came with all new bolts to use. Would recommend ** will update in fitment on my ls swap application **

The oil pan fits, just have to make sure, you know what size oil filter and dipstick to use. It is not the regular size oil filter. You need to use ACDelco oil filter PF48

I have a 1982 el Camino with a 5.3 in it, the pan cleared perfectly and dropped in with no problems

The only problem with this item is that the oil pickup tube interferes with the supplied windage tray. Windage tray had to be altered to fit.

Better than I expected

Was very happy with the kit initially. Good looking pan, all the hardware, gasket, oil pick-up tube, an oil baffle tray. and even a new dipstick. Bolted up the baffle tray and text fit the tube and pan. The oil tube was over 1/2 inch too short to bolt into the pump. I’m a fabricator by trade so I was able to take the stock tube front portion and graft the new aft portion of the pick up tube. That’s what it took to make it work. All the rest of the kit is very nice and a at great price. But unfortunately you shouldn’t have to perform major surgery on new parts to make them fit. Look elsewhere for a factory looking oil pan kit.

Everything looks good and is in good shape. The oil pickup tube mounting locations were off. I had to cut the tabs off and move them. I can weld and didn't feel like waiting for a replacement. Was disappointed but the tabs were off so bad the o ring wouldn't go in.Make sure your o ring color is correct!
