It does moisturize
The gel does moisturize but that's all it does for you. I used Elizabeth Ardens eye cream for dark circles but it made the skin around my eyes so dry that I had to find something else. It doesn't help with fine lines or dark circles. Just fyi=)

As someone with sensitive, reactive, dry skin - I always have this on deck
I have very sensitive, reactive, dry skin and I’m happy to say that I’ve never had an issue with it. It gives me the perfect amount of hydration, absorbs well into my skin, and wears great under makeup. I also like that it has zero fragrance. After trying many, many under eye creams, both high end and drug store, I always come back to this one.
