The Out-Of-Sync Child: Recognizing and Coping with Sensory Processing Disorder

Thought this would help me with my autism but when I recived it. It was too many words unlike the books im use to with pics & words. I think this book is more fore parents rather than children or young adults like myself

A must have for any parent who’s child has sensory issues. Really helped me understand my 3yo non verbal ASD/SPD son.

I find sensory processing issues through the lens of 'sensory processing disorder' hard to fully digest. While this book is incredibly detailed I have found it confusing and in the year since reading it have found it easy to comprehend sensory processing issues through an autism lens. That said, this book will be tremendously helpful for people looking to understand SPD. - Antony Morris
