Renogy 30A 12V/24V PWM Solar Charge Controller with LCD Display Flush Mount Design Negative Ground, Compatible with Sealed, Gel, Flooded and Lithium Batteries, Adventurer 30A,black

This set up is useless I have just taken it out of my van I had a 100w pannel that if you was lucky would only push out 22.5 w on an absolute perfect day no good at allThe app is total garbage and so is there customer skills pay the extra and get a proper set up not this rubish

Los equipos Renogy funcionan sin problemas, son fáciles de configurar y seleccionar el tipo de batería a utilizar, la identificación automática del voltaje es otro punto a su favor

Own a lot of Renogy equipment. This particular charger is well built and very versatile. The terminal connections are robust and allow for easy and secure cable connections. Compatable with most common batteries including lithium. (Which is the future choice for camping/outdoor.) Easy to use, and can also be connected to the Renogy bluetooth module, or used standalone because the lcd display functions are also very good.

I replaced my faulty ProView solar charge controller because it was only putting out 11 volts. I chose this one because Renogy has a good reputation and it allowed for a flush mount like my old one. Of course, this comes with the plastic box to make it a surface mount if you want. I like that it is always cycling through the different charging and battery statis numbers. The set up was a little clumsy and I'm not sure how I got it too display the right settings. It didn't seem to follow the instructions very well. But it does allow for a variety of customizations. I functions perfectly with 13.7 volts on float charge to my lead acid (flooded) batteries. For the quality and the brand I thought the the price was fine. It was easy to connect and I did have to make my opening a little bigger (I used a multi-tool and file). Oh, this was for the solar on my camp trailer. So far, it's keeping my batteries charged.

Great product, excellent quality for the money but it could be improved by having a 10amp limited DC load output that's protected by a low voltage disconnect. Could also come with some simple wiring diagram examples for direct DC loads.

Started having issues charging our 300AH Lithium battery recently. I thought it may be the battery BMS but thought I'd first replace the GoPower solar charge controller that was 2.5 years old. The GoPower controller buttons never worked properly so it was time for an upgrade. As soon as the wiring was done (took 5 mins), the battery showed it was charging again. I was able to adjust the Renogy charger to 14.4 volts, which the battery manufacturer recommended. For $36 it was a cheap fix and came from a reputable company.
