Keeps tape on my knees even when I sweat buckets
Works really well. I use KT tape on my knees when I work out. Even when I sweat buckets, the tape stays put. Without, the tape falls off almost immediately. Tip: I wipe my knees down with rubbing alcohol before I apply. That also helps.

This brand sticks pretty good and the rolls are pretty good size

I use this to help keep my Libre stuck for the two weeks. It works a dream for the two weeks, including keeping my patch in place when exercising. Yes, it is sticky and can get messy where sprayed, but I just wipe off the excess with some miscellar water
