The first one I received was a fake, it will charge for ever, it will electrocute you if you touch the metal bar, I know it’s only a 12 volt but still!! and it will stop working after minutes or an hour it depends. Truth be told, I wanted to return this item just hours after receiving it and I received a new one the second day within 12 hours. The new one had a bigger box, a little bit bigger, the plastic hose you insert in the bottle much better and flexible, it looks very solid and there’s a sticker on the product that itself that wasn’t on the other product and haven’t stopped once. So far so good, but I’m only using it for like 3 weeks. Beware of fakes!

automatic suction at the press of a button. you get a pipe to attach to the main device which will draw water in, the metal pipe through which water comes out, and a recharge usb cable. assembly is simple. recharging for an hour is enough for a 5 gallon water bottle. it requires that the bottle plastic cap be completely removed so that the device sits well over the bottle neck. its not secured by any particular band or adhesive. the seal is maintained between the plastic pipe to draw water in and the device. you dont need the device to be sealed on to the bottle neck for it to work well. empties bottles well. so far been a product I wish I got earlier. its easy to use, easy to charge, easy for refilling. very handy. highly recommend. particularly for the low price its worth it.

Stopped working in less than 2 months. Now it doesn't charge or work at all. Bad quality

Battery lasts a long time, it’s easy to charge and clean. The pump is strong, water flows at a good rate and doesn’t take long to fill up bottles

I bought it few months ago. The first problem i experience, it will not stop automatically compare to other brands that once it reaches it maximum liter it will stop pumping. Second problem, the button is not working properly. I keep pressing several times just for it to work either to stop. Somehow , good price.

The product is good for its value and does the job well. It would last for a year or so which is very reasonable for the price you pay. I would say unless you care about drinking a cold water, get this one Ordered one before that was not charging and got it replaced easily with no hassle.
