There's no weird, salty taste. It's just simply a great thirst quencher.

How much salt does the ultima have in it???

It says 50 mg on the box of sodium You should be able to read the information on the side of the box when you look at the Ultima box. We have used the product for at least a year and will continue to do so.

Will this break a fast?

NO.... this will NOT break your fasting regime

how much stevia is in one packet?

I don’t taste it. I don’t get headaches from drinking this like I do some other brands.
