Good value and works for me
Excellent item. A few squirts straight into my mouth when I go to bed and I sleep really well. Lasts quite a long time.

It took forever to get here...
And when it did, I was surprised to see it was from the UK when I could have gone locally and purchased - being COVID aware and trying to stay home. To my pleasant surprise, the UK formula is sweet! North American versions taste like alcohol. At first I thought the product must be counterfeit until I googled it. I will order early next time as not to run out and as always, this stuff works like a charm!

Efficace et pratique
Étant hyper sensible, j'ai souvent du mal à lâcher prise le soir de tout ce qui a pu se passer dans la journée, où j'ai le cerveau et les pensées qui se réactivent en pleine nuit, ce qui me donne des insomnies... Ce spray est très pratique car pas besoin d'eau pour le prendre, quelques spray sous le langue au coucher ou lors d'un réveil nocturne, une respiration calme et je peux me vider la tête et m'endormir. Je le conseille fortement à toutes les personnes sensibles, c'est très efficace. Le goût n'est pas terrible mais ça passe vite.
