In a combination with niacinamide works magic on reducing pigmentation spots. Saw a great effect after only 3-4 days of using. But you have to stay out of the sun completely. As soon as you get exposed, no sunscreen helps and you are back to square one.

From Day 1, the product had a thick and clumpy consistency and wouldn’t come out the dropper properly — all signs that it had either been ruined in transit or was a fake. The real cream had a runny and milky consistency. The packaging also doesn’t tell anywhere about a 3-month-shelf life and that once it’s opened it should be refrigerated! Very misleading as I had to find out about this on Reddit

Since this is my 1st time using this product im not really sure if what i had bought was the original one. Whenever i pat on my face at night it didn't stung even for a bit. I don't know if it was supposed to be like this...I haven't experienced using any retinol products before so i don't know what to expect. I am using it at night every other day and in the morning im using Kiehls Vitamin C. My face is getting fairer but im not sure to which i will give credit to to Ordinary retinol or Keihls. I would appreciate if someone could share their experienced using this retinol and how it will supposed to be experienced while patting it on your skin.

Didn’t work for me

I don't know if the product is fake, expired or has thickened because of the weather. It's really really thick like a cream. Dropper doesn't pick it up at all. The normal consistency is supposed to be milky but not this thick. I'm not sure if I should be using it. I've heard expired retinoid doesn't have much of an effect so maybe I'll give it a try.

Buen producto. Una buena cantidad de retinol a un buen precio. Va con gotero que lo hace muy fácil de dosificar. Merece la pena.

It works super well if you know how to use it and read the instructions, it's the first one I buy and it's almost over, then I'll buy another one, it has left my skin smooth, softer, cleaner, attenuating expression lines
